Gardenia Hotel is a three-star accommodation, reasonably priced, hence quite popular with tourist groups. Its rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious, ideally conducive to deep, tranquil sleep. While the hotel is not located in downtown Amman, it takes about 10 minutes by taxi (cheap and frequent in Amman) to reach the city centre and back. The breakfast is adequately varied and nourishing and the dining area chef, Ahmed, is quite polite and obliging. As for dinner, Misk Hotel next door (owned by the same owners of Gardenia) serves, in its dining room, very delicious meals at quite a reasonable price. Finally, I have to thank and salute Gardenia Hotel’s reception staff for being so friendly and efficient Both Bilal and Rola were quite patient and helpful in phoning and checking the addresses of sites that I wished to visit in Amman. My choice of hotel for my next visit to Amman is handily made: Hotel Gardenia.

Very basic 3 star hotel. Less than basic breakfast. Good enough rooms with AC. Ok location which needed transport to downtown. Helpful staff at the reception. Wish they could increase the breakfast spread. Not as nice experience for breakfast.

We stayed here recently and i have to thank all the staff at this lovely friendly clean hotel. I asked for a kettle for the room unfortunately there was none left. The next morning the manager upgraded us to a suite which had a kitchen that was so nice of him. If you want a good hotel in Amman look no further many thanks again.

I can say it feels like my second home...first thing i checked the room before confirming my stay was the hot water bath ... because many hotels here have this trouble issue.. so yesss its a lovely hot shower water .. then i checked the bedroom if its clean and yes it was and it is ..then I confirmed my stay ..and i am lucky that i did .. the staff are very friendly .Although its on a some how main street but you don’t feel that at all..the room Ac temperature its very good ..the breakfast good quality I didn’t eat the lunch there but i used to sneak sometimes to the kitchen to make my cofe because i like to do it by my self 🙈but i saw the lunch food mmmmmm it smelld yummy and it tasted yummy too ..its easy to get a taxi here ..you can call the reception and ask them for a taxi ..and also i have to say one important thing first day i arrived a little bit sick and the receptionist man he was very caring about my sickness and he helped me soo much .. just within closen eyes book this hotel ..i know nothing is perfect but yes i had a perfect time in this hotel all my respect ❤️❤️❤️❤️

First of all this is a surprisingly good 3-star hotel, which exceeded our expectations. Everything went well and it was a good experience. The staff were really helpful, despite a little language barrier. Excellent quiet neighbourhood, at least it seemed like that to us. In addition to this there was actually a security guard and scanner on the front door, don't know if this is necessary or not. 24-hour Safeway supermarket around the corner, Plaza car rental across the road. TV had more channels than at home. Beds were comfy and we got a good rest before setting off in the morning. Connected/family room available. Included breakfast was quite basic, but tasted good and the staff there did offer to resupply if something had ended.

It was a real pleasure to spend my 5-day stay in Gardenia Hotel! Excellent location (in one of the best neighborhoods of Amman, with just 2-2.5 dinars by taxi to the nearby downtown), discreet and courteous staff (especially Fauzi the receptionist, Bilal the supervisor, George the general manager), amazing room (just as I asked - I stayed in 503), a comfortable bed, a daily and thorough cleaning service, an adequate and quality breakfast (which can be further improved), therefore it is an unbeatable value for the money !!
