The first room assigned to us had food under the bed-popcorn and nuts under foot. Wet bathroom floors and a serious damp problem. Linen was not changed from previous visitors as evident from stains on linen and hair on the sheets and pillow cases. On request a new room was assigned, this room was brighter and without the damp however...

The hotel is located in a pleasant part of Amman with trees and greenery around. Good room facing street and park type area opposite. Reasonable views from third floor. Good and spacious room and bathroom. Rooftop function area (in season) with good views over city. Plumbing worked which was significant as we had been in Iran where it was hit...

Stayed here on three nonconsecutive nights in one week. I was quoted one price through email, then charged three separate room rates for each night. The bell hop had an amazing personality and was extremely helpful, however the front desk personnel were lacking. The room overall was good and clean, the restaurants were ok, and the location of the hotel...

We were in Amman for a family wedding, and our hosts recommended that all of the travelling visitors stay at the Hisham. This hotel is uphill from the center of Amman, but close enough to be reached with a 1 JD cab ride. The staff is really the star feature of this hotel, from the room cleaners to the wait...

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms. Central location, great breakfast menu, and plenty of spots to relax in at the hotel outdoor areas. Had a most enjoyable stay at the Hisham Hotel. Thanks to the management for making it so easy to also accommodate for our conference.

If you're looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and hassle of downtown Amman, this is a great choice. The bar and wi-fi is excellent, and the cab driver who works for the hotel is lovely. One thing to watch for - if you're here on the weekend it will be very noisy.

Every hotel can have a bad day or make a mistake. Stuff happens. But the manner in which staff responds to certain situations usually tells you a great deal about the management’s competence and care for its guests. After spending two nights at the Hisham hotel, it became painfully clear that this hotel shouldn’t be in the business of hospitality....

Only spent one night here. As soon as we were shown into the room, I felt disappointment. There was a tired old carpet covered with stains and the smell of stale cigarette smoke hung in the air. There was some noise of music coming from somewhere nearby and it's only from reading other reviews that I realise that this was...

We arrived late into Amman and chose this hotel as not too far from the airport. It was OK but room scruffy and smelt of cigarette smoke . Adequate hotel for brief overnight stay but wouldn't recommend for longer stay. It was however quiet .Breakfast was fine

We stayed here for one night before catching a flight out of Amman in the morning. The entire place smelled of smoke, even our "non smoking" room. The floors and bathroom were filthy and the sheets on the bed were not entirely clean. The surrounding area is pretty quiet with lots of embassies. We had to walk quite a way...
