The hotel is located next to the Zam Zam Tower, at a corner of the Haram’s compound, on top of a shopping mall. The entrance and exit are via the shopping mall entrances. The hotel lobby is situated on the 2nd or 3rd floor, which is accessible via lifts or escalators from the ground floor. So, during peak hours, eg... More

I had an honor of visiting the house of Allah from Feb 8 to Feb 10 2014. Over all the stay was extremely comfortable. We got there a couple of hours before the check-in time. Receptionist was kind enough to accommodate. He could have asked to wait in the lobby for 2 hours, but he didn't. First impression of the... More

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is the nearest to the Grand Mosque. Like all the other major hotels in the Haram area, this hotel is located above a mall which gets very busy especially immediately after prayer sessions. You have to get on 2 elevators from the ground before getting to your room. However, access to... More

very well appointed hotel, nicely furnished but the furnishing is tatty, and the cleanliness is lacking completely. carpets dirty, cleaning is cursory, crumbs of guests past still in corners of room, and the room I occupied was in an internal tower. This meant that it was in perpetual darkness and the lighting in the room had to be used 24hrs... More

A nice hotel with in the heart of Makkah. Prime location at the foot of Al Masjid Al Haram. Excellent food within the same building on the restaurant floor. Souks are also there on 2 levels below the restaurant level. All of this in one building. Amazing!!! Hotel staff is friendly. Hotel room was tidy but not very clean. Bathroom... More

The hotel is clean and in front of Al Haram which is very helpful. Breakfast is perfect, and rooms are quite large, with confortable beds. Great location even for shopping (malls and shops) and the staff is very helpful and smiling.

This hotel is the closest to the haram as you can get, as it is directly in front of the King Abdul Aziz gate. The room was also very nice, with big beds and good air conditioning. Shower facilities were excellent. There is also wi-fi available in the rooms. The room also has a direct live speaker connected to the... More

The hotel is very close to haram. Room 633 is quite small no tub, and no view (wall view), no toothbrush. Room has hair dryer. Bed is of better quality that Anwar movenpick madina. Food quality was hmmmm not so good, but I know in haramain the standard is very low, so I can't complain. We had the same southeast... More

This is the nearest hotel to Masjidil Haram, Makkah. I went to perform my Umrah together with my family (total of 7) under Tabung Haji Travel Umrah Package from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
