This hotel is well located near Haram, just few steps away. it also have a dedicate prayer room, which is very useful if Haram is crowded. The service is excellent, and the food in the restaurant is amazing.

They deal with us so badly the check in was at 5 pm but we got our room after mid night at 2:30 am. They even did not apologize from us or offer us some snacks and drinks till we got our room. They ignored us completely though we paid while checking in

I stayed here during my umrah trip with my family. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a lot of variety of food to choose from. It's right next to the haram for easy access and there's a prayer room in the hotel with a view of the kabah.

We stayed at The Clock Tower during our visit for Hajj. Everything about the hotel was beautiful, you really felt special when you walked in. I don’t think we utilised the hotel as much, as we were always at the mosque (Al-Haram), we would spend the whole day out and only come back to sleep. Even though the hotel is...
