We are here as a family of 5 with 2 rooms for 5 nights. Check out in a few days. Location: Great location. Reception on 3rd floor of a large complex and the holy mosque is right across as you come out. It is in the complex next door to the clock tower. Both have food courts but we preferred...

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The best thing about the hotel apart from cleanliness was the close proximity to the Haram. It is within the premises of the Haram. We took one quad room and one double since the entire family was travelling. The rooms were big enough. The washroom was slightly small as compared to Hilton...

Hotel is good and location is excellent. Facility is v good. Hospitality and room service not so good. Toiletries are few and some basics like toothbrushes and toothpaste there. Crockery is also very limited.

Great hotel a real 5 star experience. Very close to the Haram. Wide variety of foods at breakfast. Helpful staff. Stayed in a quadruple room it was a good size. We required our booking to be shifted a day extra due to our flight delay and reservations manager assisted us well.

The room is so small and the AC is so cold no matter how many times they fix it you will be freazing. The staff are friendly and answer you right away and it's so close to the holy mosque. They have a super market and a shipping mall down stairs.

Very much close to Haram for those who wants to have every prayer in Haram. High rise tower and a direct look to Haram and Kaabah. The room I had was with 5 beds which fits the entire family and secured windows to kids safety.

It is a perfect place to stay in Mecca. In front of Al-Haram. You pray inside the building at their Masjed floor that sees the Haram and hears the Imam of the Haram. Their breakfast buffet is complete. The staff are friendly and helpful. The weakest link in their chain was the front desk staff.

Very Close to the Haram, Rooms and toilets are not upto Morden standard. Restaurant was not big enough. I would still recommend this hotel to others as it is very close to haram. 2 mins walk, when go out of the building you are in the Courtyard of the Haram.

Nice hotel both for hajj and umrah, they have mosque which integrated with Al Haram mosque. Just only in front of Al Haram mosque. Integrated with nice food court. Integrated with some of traditional market.
