My husband and I were given a wheelchair accessible room even though we didn't require this. It was a decent size and clean. Staff are helpful. Only problem is the distance from the haram - about 15/20 mins walk (tiring when you've just finished umrah). Also, the promised golf carts that take you to the haram are rarely available so...

I visited this hotel with family for umrah purpose. I wasn't satisfied with the experience generally. The hotel location isn't that good, you will always need for their bus shuttle which is not frequent or timely. The amenities were dirty and requires immediate renovation. The food was satisfactory.

I litterally loved this hotel.this was not in our planned trip but we thought to spend 2 more nights on way back from Madina to UK .so i booked it online a triple room. I found it really cheap and worth of money spent.the time i entered the hotel and moved into my room i was well welcomed. I wish...

This was my second time with this hotel. My experience was horrible this time. I reached the hotel at 2.00am for check-in. I had already sent them a request for late check-in. When I reached at the reception i was told my booking has been cancelled. As per them all rooms were full (although on booking.com rooms were available). They...

Having stayed here before, i was expecting same level of service as previously however they had gone downhill. The rooms were still spacious and clean however the bathrooms looked half finished in terms of tiling etc, and there were little flies that were always in the bathroom. Staff were not very helpful although when i did complain they did offer...

I was there with my husband and we like the place. We did't use shuttle bus we prefered to walk. Its just 15 min to the mosque. Bed was perfect. We was very fine with breakfast. For this cheap price they was changing it nearly dayly. Cleaning service need to be improwed. I would advice this place for good price...

Half decent hotel. Bit of a stretch from haram though. Specially because of works going on makes it triple the distance. Had to catch taxi back and forth to masjid haram. Although bus service was available but limited operations. Wouldn't stay again.
