I and family stayed at this hotel during performing Umrah Hajj and found the hotel location as excellent. We were very pleased with the service provided. There is also a Shopping Complex connected to the hotel and a Prayer hall which have been very helpful.

I don’t recommend at all this hotel, if you’re seeking for clean rooms and available working elevators then this is not the right hotel at all ! The service is very bad and their mentality is not respectful at all, i suggest that you better go for a hotel in one of the Abraj Albait hotels. Regarding distance to the Haram, its the same as millinum,, but yes Omar mountain hotels will require you to cross the road to go to the Haram. Abraj albait has many different hotels and I recommend Fairmont but you need to walk a bit inside the abraj and reach the haram without crossing any roads. I hope my answer was helpful enough. The service and the room tidiness was much much better when it used to be a Hilton chain hotel. By the way the food quality is also bad and expensive.
