Our company held a Family Day in Marriot Hotel. The dinner for ladies and gents were held in two different halls to follow the local tradition. The food served for the buffet dinner were so good especially the beef stew. There was a magic presentation which delighted everyone especially the kids. And most exciting are the prizes but unfortunately I... More

Was here on business as were most of the others. Very basic, no frills hotel. My room was quite dark with a tiny window facing a bare wall. The staff are hospitable and the hotel is not far from centre of town and the airport. Food both in the Mosaic restaurant and conference facilities was good. Thankfully I did not... More

Stayed here several times. If you do get to stay in the hotel, most everything is fine, there is a nice executive club lounge (tricky to access) on the top floor, nice breakfast. However twice now, even though we had reserved the hotel, we were told on arrival that we had been "upgraded" and they moved us against our will... More

Dear Lukealbert: Thank you for sharing your comments with us on Tripadvisor. I have been a guest in Riyadh Marriott for almost 2 years and every time I receive an excellent service that qualifies this hotel to be one of the best hotels in Riyadh. I also like their management because they act upon feedback and find a way to rectify any issues during the stay.

I stayed her for a week on business and had a great experience with good food and great service. The location is fairly central for business and shopping and about 20 minutes from the airport. Very nice hotel to stay at while doing business in Riyadh. Most for the residents are clearly here for business. Breakfast at the Mosaic is busy but the food is good. There is a very nice Executive Lounge on the 7th floor (access only via separate elevator) but pretty crowded. However, the staff throughout the hotel is very nice and... More

This was a business class hotel, very suitable for Business visits. The reception lounge is the highlight of the Hotel. Wifi speed was good, with a great morning breakfast. Although the rooms were decent enough but are little smaller in size. Service was manageable. The location is on the high roads, with no shopping or restaurants near by. Swimming pool... More

I stayed (checking out today) for 3 days for a training event, and here is my experience: People are nice and friendly but extremely badly trained, especially dealing with complaints: no action. The Marriott Riyadh is keeping its standards and service well in a high-demand market. It is very popular among business travelers to Riyadh and usually has competitive rates.
