First of all, if you have been to Riyadh you know how difficult is to find a quality accommodation for a fair price, is close to impossible. So this place is by far one of the best options in the price quality range of 500SAR. The hotel trends to be trendy (if that can exist in KSA...) and the rooms...

I spent four nights at this hotel this week, it was clean and comfortable although basic it represents reasonable value for money. I upgraded my room and was glad I did as I had a fridge, kettle and coffee provided which was useful as room service was slow. The only real downside was the building sites on all sides making...

Amid a construction location (but what isn't) this hotel is trying hard to be more modern and almost pulls it off. Clean, simple but interesting rooms with a modern twist, the lobby was cool and the staff willing, but hey this is KSA! The restaurant has a huge window which will bake you in the summer, the food was too...

Hotel is adequate and trendy. Breakfast was ordinary but hearty. Close to the business area of Riyadh and a major shopping area. Biggest downfall is the horrendous Boise at 6.30 am every day in the construction site next door. Wouldn't come here again unless the construction is over.

The whole stay was ok since I've been there for one night for business The location is very bad due to extensive construction around and having the Olaya road closed for metro works It is noisy in the morning The housekeeping is horrible I asked for irony in the morning which they didn't had. They told me in 5 minutes...

Used this hotel as it was close to the offices of a business I was visiting. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate. I was a bit surprised that it wasn't serviced daily. They only service rooms between guests. There is tea making facilities in the room with a choice of tea bags but not coffee! Very strange. Breakfast was...

I stayed one night and I wanted to steal the bed so I could have that super-heavenly sleep more nights. The room was quite dark but in the night it was very nice as you could see the city towers lights from the window. The wardrobe had not so many hungers (only 4) but for one night was enough. Room...

I stayed at the Business Boutique Hotel in May 2014 whilst on a Business Trip to Riyadh. I typically stay at the Four Seasons (Kingdom Tower) or Executive Suites (Olaya), although decided to be closer to Faisaliah district for a change (I have had an overdose of the Kingdom Tower/ Mall after consecutive long-term stays) and try a more budget-friendly...
