You will be amazed once you enter the room. Inside a simple looking not so big building are rooms that has everything you expect from a internationally recognized hotels. Rooms are very spacious and simple yet well designed. They have even manage to fit a office desk and chair inside and it doesn't even look odd. Super clean with all... More

Check-in & check-out was efficient; the suite was spacious, clean with all amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choice, both Arabic and Western. The problem was the room service(!). The first night, I called the guy told my order will be served in half an hour. So I wait one hour and call again, and was asked... More

A good clean, comfortable centered in the business area of Riyadh. They will transfer you to and from the airport approx. 20 miles away. The staff speak good english and are helpful. Bedrooms are huge and set up for business use including a proper desk. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice even if some choices such as a stir fry... More

This was the strangest place I have ever stayed in. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and regularly serviced. It's when you want to eat you have a problem. The restaurant has NO customer service whatsoever. I waited to be seated, several people saw me , walked past me but more annoyingly , ignored me. I asked another guy if I... More

I found it got worse than before in : time of checking in and checking out, parking of the cars take longer time with difficult regulations of valet parking. Furniture of the suite are getting worse especially the telephone is not working in the bedroom. Internet connection is very slow. It needs... More

I booked in this hotel over the phone for a 2 nights, arrived around 10 pm from the airport and the reason I chose this hotel for this trip was because of its direct proximity to Al Faysaliya mall. First room, too dirty, bathroom, floor, carpet, and hair on the bed sheets. Second room, dirty with air condition striking directly... More

It is new, clean, neat and in a very good location in Riyadh. Rates are very reasonable compared to others hotels at the same area. Nice room and bathroom design. Good for business and short stay in Riyadh.

Stayed a few nights, very helpful staff. Limited parking and a very busy street to loiter on. Rooms were mostly quiet and the beds comfortable. The internet worked well and room service was on time and tasty. The over all hotel is in need of some TLC and the showers are small, hard to turn around in there if your... More

“Front rooms are noisy these days due to construction work. I think the feeling of drills will be transmitted to other rooms. I am not aware for how long this work will last. Allow plenty of time to reach and leave the hotel due traffic congestion at most of the time.”
