#8 of 71 hotels in Tehran
Our story begins with a ninety-year-old house on Lolagar Alley, a famous street in the heart of Tehran. Hanna Boutique Hotel is an expression of contemporary Tehran, a collection of layers that have been added on over ninety years. The experience of staying at the hotel will present you with different glimpses of life in Tehran, a unique experience at the center of a busy, chaotic city, where you can enjoy art, architecture, design, and modern-day hospitality. Hanna Boutique Hotel is Persian Garden Studio’s first experience in urban rehabilitation. The building was purchased by the studio in 2016, and after two years of restoration, Hanna Boutique Hotel was inaugurated in winter of 2018. The hotel has seven rooms, a restaurant, and Platform and Pop-Up spaces. Its interior design is inspired by contemporary Iranian and international architecture, resulting in a modern, intimate space that will provide its patrons with a unique experience.

In my second visit (1 week after the first visit) I was highly disappointed to find they have double rates for their rooms. They charged me 70% more for the same room I had booked the first time claiming they have different rates for payments with local and international currencies. The difference however does not reflect the exchange rate and one pays an additional 70% if one chooses to pay with euro or dollar. Very sad to see such a high quality accommodation prioritizes profit over customer retention. I will not be going back to Hanna.

We stayed at hanna for a night as a family and we absolutely loved the experience. The staff were super friendly and ready to help which was amazing as we were a group of 7. Their rooms were spotless clean and beautifully designed. We had dinner the night we got to here and we all enjoyed the quality. I particularly loved an appetizer with humus if im not mistaken, strongly recommend it. We also had breakfast there. Everyone was happy with their meals again. I had the eggs benedict and it was delicious. There was a clear sauce on the lettuce that was verrry nicely paired as well. Over all, I recommend staying a night at Hanna and while your there, check out the restau/ Cafe.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights after our wedding party. We had an awesome stay there. First night we stayed in the Lolagar room with a perfect decoration and facilities. The second night we moved to the Ojagh room with a lovely balcony. We really enjoyed our time in this fabulous hotel. The staff is friendly , the rooms are very clean , the breakfast is delicious and the building gave us the best feeling of nostalgia. Thanks Hanna

Every object there, was full of the most thoughtful details. High standard amenities, polite and sophisticated personnel. I booked several rooms of this hotel for celebrating my birthday night. Hanna hotel and their stuff made my night special beyond my expectations. I have visited many hotels in Tehran and I highly recommend this hotel for experiencing an unforgettable service and stay.
