Saina Hotel is a great place to stay in Tehran. It's at a good location, has friendly staff, clean rooms and free WiFi. The breakfast is sufficient. My first day at the hotel I was shocked to find a sign in the bathroom which read: "Please do not throw the toilet paper into the toilet." I called up Reception and...

We stayed at the Saina three times between October and November 2016. It was without doubt the best hotel we stayed at in Iran. It is modern, modest and well maintained. The staff were top class without exception and it has its own little restaurant that serves lovely breakfasts and great meals.

Family run 3 star hotel in city center. Clean and with staff very cooperative for iranian standard. I definetly will be back as with a 3 star price you get mora than a 4 star hotel. Breakfast simple but good

Though the hotel is not a 3 star however they charge heavily, Overall stay is nice , however scope of improvement is there in breakfast and other deals, the location is good to stay and was pleasant, not highly but can recommend

Located at 60, Dr-Fathi-Shaqaqi-Street, a side road of Vali-Asr, near Meydan Jahad (metro). 500m easy walk from metro "Jahad". A solid 3*-hotel which feels more like 4*: Rooms are spacious, with small kitchenette, all amenities, good comfort, bathroom with shower and oriental+western toilet. Good air-con, noise-proof and tinted windows to the street side (facing north = good: stays cool!). Restaurant...

Someone recommended this hotel to me on my recent visit to Tehran and I must say its the place to stay if you're on a budget. Its a brand new or maybe a very well maintained hotel, everything is shinning and spotlessly clean. They have 30 plus rooms, with attached baths a small dinning hall and small sitting area in...

Everything working fine: nice room, with good A/C, good wifi, for a decent price in Tehran. Staff is very service oriented, i had a lost luggage and they managed to call me even if out of the hotel to inform me of the arrival of the luggage, managing all with the airport Iran air staff. Recommended for their professionality and...

I stayed here for 2 nights in April 2016. As a solo female traveller I recommend the hotel for other lady travelers (and anyone else!). The hotel is in a good central location. The room I stayed in was spotless and the bathroom had a lovely deep bath - perfect for a long soak after a day walking around Tehran!...

Located in the northern part of Tehran, however, not as far up north as other hotels (i.e. still good, easy access to tourist attractions in the south). Good value for money, with ok sized, clean rooms. Breakfast ok but not great. Helpful staff.

Thank Johannes A
