For a 4 star hotel, regardless of the country where it is, it is inadmissible that all hotel staff do not speak English. Also, if you need a "wake up call", simply FORGET! For 2 times I requested and in NO TIMES HAPPENED! I almost missed a flight because of this on the way, but when I saw that it...

A four star hotel in down town Tehran with reasonable access to the landmarks , Palaces and sights. Building is belonging to almost 40 years ago but the room (VIP, Suite) was refurbished very well with spacious area, large beds, small balcony and appropriate amenities and clean. Breakfast is being served from 6:30 (very good timing as per other hotels...

I stayed here twice. First time I had a nice room. Second time I had a newly renovated lovely room. Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly. Room was always clean. The wifi didn't work on the 6th floor on my first stay, the staff tried to help but unfortunately they couldn't. But the weather was nice and I just sat...

Rooms are fantastic. Lower staff is very helpful however the managing staff was not much cooperative. location is also good and u can go to near by bazar for cheap shopping. Be careful of net... they give one card of 100MB for whole stay... afterwards its paid.

I have never seen so terrible hotel in my life. Every visitor on the reception was talking about a problem. Some of them was about money, some of them was about reservation, etc. They didn't find my reservation also and said to me to call an agency to book again, but they didn't make a booking on the reception. I...

This was my first stop and, once I'd toured central Iran, I returned here for 2 nights before returning to the UK. During my first trip, I arrived very early and, despite the hotel having space, the receptionist would not allow me to check in early. It's at the hotel's discretion, of course, but... My room was older than time....

Stayed here at the beginning and end of a tour. The foyer and reception area are large and well kept. The restaurant was huge and we did eat here one night and it was very good food although the ambiance was lacking. The first room we had was clean but very tired and dated howver the second room had been...

4stars sign means nothing to hotel's management, they charge you for WiFi,pool,minibar..everything.The staff aren't polite or pros. The system suffers from semi-governmental management. But the easy access to Energy Sector's companies and petroleum ministry by walking is the point for business trips.

Enghelab hotel had a very welcoming reception area but not staff! Accessing is a bit of an issue in rainy seasons. Their parking doesn't have an elevator to the building. I would say these two are the only disadvantages. Its built before 1978 but has been renovated constantly. So now it has clean, acceptable rooms and a big lobby with...

I was surprised and unhappy that we had to surrender our passports to the hotel. I was put into room 729 of the Enghelab hotel. This room is terrible with cracked tiles and peeled paint on the bathroom door. The bath is in a state and needs replacing. It was difficult to have a good shower as rest is impractical...
