It was really clean, cozy and quiet. Each floor has just 8 rooms overlooking the city. Its staff were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant had inviting atmosphere with big windows, but the breakfast can be better.

This was our first stop during a two week tour of Iran. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Our welcome was warm and friendly something we were going to find everywhere we went in this very special country. The breakfast was a wonderful variety of local options as well eggs cooked to order etc. There is a very nice patio where one can relax and enjoy a specialty coffee from the main floor coffee shop. The top floor houses a lovely restaurant with an amazing view of the city. The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful - that made our stay extra-special.

I was warmly welcomed here, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, nicely appointed and spotlessly clean (as was the entire property), and the breakfast was truly outstanding. (I heard someone at the next table saying that it was second only to the one she enjoyed at the Peninsula Bangkok!). The offerings changed every day, and they were always delicious and interesting. The Eskan also has really nice outdoor spaces and a chic little coffee bar. But it was the staff that really made this hotel experience extraordinary. From the doorman and check-in staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, I was greeted with huge smiles at every turn. Moreover, I don't think I ever opened a hotel door on my own – someone always rushed to do it for me. You don't get service like that in America. Let me give a special shout-out to an employee by the name of Fardin, who had a huge smile and a genuine desire to please. I felt truly special staying here.
