The location is very central and we stayed at the beginning and end of our trip to Iran. There are a variety of rooms - the first one we stayed in was dark and ordinary, the second was lighter and nicer. It didn't really matter as we spent little time in the room as there was so much to see and do. It's well located for exploring and was clean and functional. We loved our time in Iran - very friendly, welcoming people and we felt very safe at all times. We'd go back in a heartbeat and would definitely stay at the Aramis again. It's not the Ritz but perfectly acceptable.

Terrible over all attitude with zero and I mean ZERO understanding of hospitality. As an Iranian and a world traveller ( and having worked in the hospitality business around the world) I assure you they have no understanding of the basics of hospitality (don't even think they care!). Save your money and stay away. Stafg are rude with an attitude, not welcoming, don't know how to speak with you as a guest, don't care to fix issues and certainly not the slightest to be proactive to create a comfortable environment would be. This is across the team, from reception to the resturant. Safe box has been locked since we checked in, have asked them 4 times and was promised it'll be fixed or replaced or room would be changed! None happened! The 1st 2 times they didn't even bother following up or coming to the room! Bathroom gets flooded (the piping under the shower is faulty) no bath mats were provided ( that's how cheap they are) we asked twice for them to come and dry it up but nothing happened. Even house keeping attended but didn't bother to touch it! Breakfast room is dirty ( floor and tables - and a hit: dont sit next to the walls, the wall railings are disgustingly dirty) had to ask them twice to come at least wipe the table. Its 11.42pm now and I can hear the staff emptying metal bins outside the lift which happens to be almost opposite out room. Staff are well trained to talk over you when you raise issues.
