I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service staff is excellent. The food is excellent. One problem: I informed the reception desk my time of departure which was 5 A.M. the next day. and asked to have my bill ready the evening before I leave. The reception kept delaying sbmiting the bill and finally submitted the bill to me when it was time for me to leave at 5 A.M. The bill was filled with undue charges. I did not have the time to dispute the bill . I paid it. I later wrote to the hotel to correct the bill. I never heard from them. I am disappointed.
Well located in Hamra district, small hotel with limited facilities. Reasomably priced But a little tired and could do with renovation.Breakfasts limited and could do with improvement. Roof swimming pool small and shallow with little sun and poolside furniture.
This hotel is locate in very busy and central area of Beirut, lots of shops, restaurants and clubs around it. The hotel interior is slightly outdated, however people liking classic style would appreciate it. The room was fine, clean, the bedding etc. I was not impressed with a breakfast at all.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Beirut. While the area is great with loads of entertainment and restaurants, the hotel itself is old and outdated. The rooms absolutely reek of smoke. While the hotel did accommodate my request to move rooms, the second room was equally as bad. The wifi connection is terrible, and breakfast bland with poor selection. Overall, an underwhelming experience and would look elsewhere as there are loads of other hotels in the area.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. Other than that its not clean at all, smelly, a lot of weddings happening in weekends so if u sleep early the sound was very high and Unbearable. Breakfast is the same everyday and not a lot of choices.
