The worst hideous and dirtiest hotel in the world No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. - Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere.

Bad maintenance and all bath rooms are not working as well.jacuzzy not working. Bad welcome . Aggressive staff when complaining. Floor is so dirty. Not comfortable place. They cut the switches from the equipment's to avoid to guests using the gas. They consider the guest as rubbish . I don't recommend any one to rent here . Regards Wassim

Through 18 countries ive visited before and countless time I've been to Lebanon, this hotel is the worst. We booked one night through booking.com and check in time starts at 15:00 and when we arrived at 16:00 the receptionist said very simply "you don't have a reservation and your booking was canceled by booking.com" we were shocked and immediately checked booking to see that the cancellation was done one hour ago (I.e. at 15) by the property. She didn't even bothered to apologize or explain and when we asked again she just said we tried to call you but we couldn't manage to reach you. I'm wondering how they can reach us if we were on our way and we have international line registered not a Lebanese one. We were super exhausted with our 7 months baby and had to look 4 alternative immediately. This is very unprofessional and disappointing from such hotel that we expected to have a good rating on booking. She didn't even bother to give an explanation neither apology.

The reception manager was very bad, i think her name is farah she was very rude and mean. I saw her shouting at heremployees infront of customers. during my check out the reception girl tamara was very rude and always ignoring my requests. Hasan at reception was wonderful. the restaurant was nice and good service. But it seems there are alot of night crawlers at night so be aware. The bell boys were very nice and the room was ok. Please re-train your reception staff

the hotel was good as general but I faced some issues 1- my reservation had early checkin option , but when I arrived they didn't let me checkin early 2- you must to pay 20 USD as upfront payment so if you use any thing from the minibar, but when I checked in I found the minibar empty and never refilled 3- the minibar smell was terrible 4- they don't change the bed blankets any thing else was fine, the hotel is good if you are looking for budget travel or if you are staying for 2 nights w
