Nice location by the Med. sea. Tourist area. Rooms well organized and clean. Service was ok. Due to Covit-19 epidemic, not much to use of the facility. Restaurants were and pool were closed but we walked around the city of Beirut.

Without a doubt, it is one of the favorite hotels I stayed at during my time in Beirut responding to the tragic explosion of Beirut port! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. My name was at the reception and granted a free upgrade to Sea view. The staff was extremely friendly to me, especially the front desk, the restaurant, and the Hemingway very flexible (appreciate this!) The below staff deserve a special thanks. For making my 56 great days here feels like home, which also added up to the experience: Management Team: - Cynthia. - Bernard. Breakfast Team: - Mr. Ibrahim, Food & beverage manager. - Ali - Nahi. - Mousa. - Reem. Hemingway Team: - Rouhaifa. - Ahmad. Cleaning and room service Team: - Ibrahim. - yehya. - Mary. The atmosphere at your respected facility is so unique that it felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job, one true sample of excellent hospitality! Looking forward to visit and stay at your hotel in the nearest future. Best Regards, Mohammad S. Al-Shawabkeh Security and Risk Management Advisor (SRMA) - GIZ
