In the heart of the old city, stands "Beit Al Wali"; an 18th-century Damascene three-house hotel. From the moment you step into " Beit Al Wali" Hotel, you will feel the warmth of the "Family" atmosphere. The three traditional Damascene houses were renovated in 2007 to present to you the Damascene culture and traditions through a modern, luxurious and spectacular design. The three houses became known as "Beit Al Wali" Hotel as of 10 of April 2010, which features 29 rooms that consists of 23 deluxe rooms, 4 executive rooms and 2 Junior Suites with authentic antique furniture, and have been renovated and equipped with the most luxurious modern amenities to welcome our dear guests from all around the world.

The old city of Damascus is unique in the whole world. The traditional Damascene house was meant to be an earthly paradise for its inhabitants; to contrast the busy, narrow stone streets with the tranquillity of lush, lavish interior courtyards. Beit al-Wali evokes this magnificently. The hotel is itself a work of art, a pleasure to merely spend time in. The rooms are beautifully and warmly appointed, and immaculately clean. From the moment of arrival and until our departure the hospitality of Beit al-Wali was above and beyond anything I had expected. Not only does the hotel embody the highest professional standards of service, but the staff here exemplify the warm, attentive and generous spirit of hospitality that pervades Syrian culture. The complimentary breakfast served is beyond comparison to any other hotel I have stayed in. My only regret is that my stay in Syria was far too brief. I would like to thank the staff of Beit al-Wali for their truly impeccable service which made my visit to the wonderful country of Syria all the more special. I hope this will be the first of many visits to Syria, and Beit al-Wali will always be my hotel of choice in Damascus. …

Well, this place is amazing to say the least. GRACE, LUCY AND WA'AD were exceptional in their service and greetings. This made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were offered the junior suite which turned out to be tremendous with a terrace. The food was great and the coffee outstanding. As we checked out we took a photo with Grace, Lucy and Wa'ad to have the warmest memories. Highly recommend and will be sure to stay there again. A HUGE SHOUTOUT the owner Edward....nailed it with design and service 👍 👌 👏

During the two night-stay in this hotel I am most noimpressed by the sincere and timely service provided by the staff, in particular by Rammi's team during the breakfast time. I have chosen to reside at Beit Al Wali Hotel during my recent visit. My wonderful experience with the hotel started from the time I was making the reservation. We travelled from Beirut on Monday 11/9/2023 and intended to stay for a single night, to explore it, based on the reviews I read about it. I would like to say that all the feedback about this hotel: its beauty, location, authenticity, spacious rooms, cleanness, tasty, varied food, service, the welcoming and very helpful staff, starting from the concierge to the reception staff and all management members was 100% true. In fact, all staff, without exception, were amazingly kind and professional; Grace, Waad, Reem and all others, I wish I could remember all remaining names. Very special thanks to the Front Desk Manager: Mr. Issam Qandalaft for all his efforts and courtesy to make it an unforgettable experience, and of course to the Owner: Mr. Edward Mirza for his dedication and caring to ensure that Beit Al Wali Hotel is an icon in the world of hotels. The hotel is fascinating consisting of 3 traditional Damascene houses combined together to provide a charming nostalgic environment for visitors. The location is in my favourate area of Damascus, “The Old City”! What makes Beit Al Wali exceptional is round the clock attention and hospitality of the staff, they make you feel like “a Queen/King”. This success is undoubtedly due to the management style of Mr Edouard Mirza who is always around greeting guests and makes sure everything is there for the comfort of guests. I highly recommend Beit Al Wali, do not miss it if you happen to visit Damascus!

The hotel is located in the Bab Touma district of the old city of Damascus. It's near a lot of famous sights of Damascus such as the Great Mosque of Damascus. The hotel itself is fairly small and built as a couple of classical Damascene family houses. It's incredibly cozy with loads of greenery and classical Damascene architecture. The staff is so friendly that it feels as if you're visiting family. On top of that the staff cleans every place from the lounge to your room very well.

We had the most amazing experience. The staff was the extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our stay was above our expectations. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed and the beds were comfortable. The food was delicious and always available which is a plus for a very busy schedule. The check in and check out process was a breeze and honestly we didn’t want to leave!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!
