Loved it, the room was big and comfortable. The view was nice, staff were friendly, especially Anwar at reception, always smiling and happy to assist. I also liked how quiet the hotel was. Would recommend, and will defiantly come back.

It's within the city so the location is easy to reach and it's good for tourist who want to explore the city and malls although the breakfast didn't have variety for everyone to eat and had very limited dishes.

We recently spent two weeks at this hotel having the All Inclusive package. Firstly, the rooms are really lovely, clean and spacious. When we arrived we only had a bed for 2 adults so had to call reception for a Childs bed which was swiftly delivered to the room. The cleaner of our room did a great job. The pools are great, very clean and not deep at all with a stunning view. Pool bar service was hit and miss, unless you had Kevin, then it was absolutely spot on, he was the perfect bar man. The Gym is great, well equipped and big. The food was very repetitive. This is many peoples main complaint but nothing seems to happen. Food is ok, but not 5 star, even 3/4 star hotels have more variety and choice, this is where the hotel really lets itself down. Was the same 4/5 desserts for the 2 weeks for lunch and dinner, apart from a Saturday when the hotel bring in outside caterers for their lunch service, this is a great meal time, food is spectacular on Saturday lunch times. The hotel need to invest in either a second coffee machine, or buy one that is quicker than the current one. The queue for coffees in a morning is silly and you could be queuing for ten minutes before even getting one. If you want your eggs in a morning with a smile, go before 9am, otherwise the egg chef who starts at 9am is rather grumpy. There was one manager and 1 top chef in the restaurant who always looked after my daughter, ensuring she was brought children's food (as there's no kids food corner as stated) she really appreciated both of their kindness, as did we. Drinks service in the restaurant is really hit and miss again, you can be waiting 20 minutes for an alcoholic drink with your food. This really needs improving. There is zero entertainment at the hotel. If you are going with a child you aren't allowed to sit in the bar area. You aren't allowed to sit in the lobby area with drinks on an evening either. so no choice but to sit outside in the sweltering heat. You aren't allowed to take drinks up to your room. You are only allowed drinks in your room if you order room service and they bring to your room, and charge for the drink too. Seems like some really silly rules. We went for a trip to Crown Island. We really wanted this to be lovely. The pool area needs some maintenance, the boards are unsafe, the pool was dirty and green. The beach itself and sea were really beautiful. We went for the 10-1 slot and wanted to have lunch there before leaving. I went to order food at 12pm, to be told we cannot order until 12.30pm (even though the chef comes on the boat with you at 10am), which then doesn't give much time before leaving at 1pm?! This is a really weird rule, how can you expect to order, make and have guests then eat it all within 30minutes. Crazy rules! Overall, the Hotel itself is stunning, really beautiful and a 5 star for the building, but in terms of service and food choice etc. I would give it 3 stars, this does really need improving. This hotel is amazing, it has big spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool that never feels too busy and great staff who are always willing to help and make your stay special. The hotel also has access to a private island beach which is around 20 mins by boat transfer from the hotel and leaves 2 times a day. You get to spend 3 hours at the island which has sun loungers, ac cabanas (which you pay extra for), food and drinks, a pool, toilets and of course the beach. We had room service and ordered to the pool side a few times and the food was great. Would definitely come back again 😊

We stayed at Royal M for two nights, on our way home from Europe. It exceeded our expectations across the board but especially for the spacious and clean room, friendly staff and gorgeous swimming area where we spent most of our time. On top of all this, we found the food and buffet to be exceptional for its freshness, flavour and variety. I highly recommend this hotel and staying there is my current top choice should we ever return to Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is very clean and impressive by its facilities: it has infinity pool and amazing sun beds, gym & private island! The staff was amazing, super helpful and welcoming: especially Oumaima at the reception who recommended us a nice places to visit, and was very helpful, Karim the staff manager at the food court was super nice and welcoming, whatever we asked at breakfast he provided, also we had to leave early to airport so he asked the kitchen to prepare for us very rich and delicious ( and super generous) breakfast for takeaway.. it was super amazing because we didn't had tome to eat before our plane. All the staff was amazing and super helpful and welcoming: the reception, the food court, the pool staff the cleaning staff!! Thank you all for making our vacation great. The hotel has a private island, which you can go by a boat (20 min by boat). It's super nice and quiet. Leaves from 10-13 or 15-18 each day. The hotel itself well decorated, the view is great ( i had a room with sea view and a balcony). The rooms are big, the bathroom is super good (bathtub and shower). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal M Hotel and will be returning. Great service from all staff. The pool was refreshing and large enough we never felt crowded. The bar had plenty of beverage selection and happy hour prices were great.
