Our stay was fantastic! The place is near to the attractions and the mall. We enjoyed our stay here with the amazing customer service of the staffs from all of the department especially to these staff (Norben from the restaurant who really did very well, Olinad and Rendell from Reception who gave us early check in and to Housekeeping who assisted us throughout the stay.Thank you Staybridge, we will come back again soon.

Staff were accommodating such as Norben and many others - all willing to help no questions asked. Food provided is great for the most part and the timings are broad. Rooms themselves are fairly clean but few very small insects may make their way into the rooms. Overall a great stay :)

We’re in the process of relocating to Abu Dhabi, and Staybridge Suites was recommended to us, while we find our feet and find a property to rent. We’ve stayed in a few of their properties in the UK, so we had high expectations of this hotel.
The staff are incredibly welcoming from the moment you arrive at Reception. We were warmly greeted and after the usual administration we were shown to our two bedroom suite.
The bedrooms are large, each with a big en-suite and they are divided by a good size lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has an oven and small hob and a good sized fridge. The usual kitchen utensils are all there but there is only a single frying pan. As we’re unlikely to do any serious cooking, it’s not a problem. Beds are comfy and the bathrooms have everything you’ll need. There’s also a good quality hair dryer too. Workspace is adequate and the air conditioning works really well. We had a view of the golf course and pool area which was great for dipping in and out of on a hot day! The facilities at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door and a ‘sister’ hotel) are also available for you, with more pools and a larger gym.
Breakfasts are included in your stay and offer almost everything on a self serve basis. Monday to Thursday, there is also a complimentary dinner buffet which offers some choice but is limited. There is always plenty of food and drink, but menu variety can be limited. Nevertheless the meals offer an opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere with other guests from all over the globe.
The staff here are very warn and kind. In particular a big shout out to Sandeep who is friendly and knows his cricket, and also our amazing cleaner, Kamal, who is super helpful and makes us feel at home. All of the staff are in fact great from the very helpful reception team to the army of cooks, waiting staff and cleaners.
This is a really good place to stay and you will feel at home.

This is an overall awesome stay, I stayed there with my wife and two Childs. The rooms are very big and each room contains a nice washroom with a bug bathub. It also coubts with a kitchen that includes a fridge a laundry machi e a microwabe and a stove. The hotel coubts with a swimming pool. The swimking pool is safe as there is always a life guard watching everything. Tough the pool is sometimes a bit crowded. It also includes a restaurante in wich the food is pretty good but the menú sometimes gets to repetitivo. There is also a working área wich in my opinión is pretty nice, quiet and a good way to get some calm moments. You have a big spacius balcón with sight to the sea. The bad things are that when you are in quarantine no room service comes in, and they always send thousands of foods you can barely eat and is always the same.toigj it is overall a good hotel

I stayed in Staybridge Suites for 2 months. From the reception (Olinad, Rachael & Rendell) to the staffs during breakfasts and dinners (Willie, Norben, Imasha, Melody, Vincent, Imasha), were all great people. They totally are so kind and accomodating. The hpusekeeping team also are very good. They were like family away from home during my stay at Staybridge Suites. The place is so rewarding. If you're looking for a place more like a home, I would totally recommend this place for a stay of longer than a week or even less of a week. There wouldn't be a problem if you only bring with you a few clothes because there you can do laundry anytime with their wash&dry machine. You can also cook your own meal, toast a bread, bake your own cake, grill or roast some fish/meat if you wanted because there's a built-in electric oven and an electric stove. Big fridge means more food to store 😊 The ambiance of the place is very relaxing plus the tv channels to choose from are very nice. I would definitely book a stay here if I can travel again to AUH.

We are currently staying in Staybridge Suites and the service here are outstanding, everyone of the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Hannan, Irescha and Norbet. Always ready to serve us, always smiling. The food is very tastefully prepared, the rooms are big and neat, with everything you need. All the staff are actually very helpful and friendly, from the reception to the cleaners, and the technical staff sorting out our internet so that son can play his Playstation. This is our second time staying in Staybridge, previously stayed for plus minus one week, this time staying for month, and hotel never fail to keep up with high standards.

After booking a last minute stay in the Crowne Plaza Yas over Eid (31/07) we were moved to the Staybridge Suites as a result of the CP being shut which we didn't have a problem with.
To say they Staybridge couldn't cope would be an understatement. An incredibly painful 45 minutes to check in at 15:00 wasn't the best start. The room itself was spacious and fine.
The Breakfast situation had to be seen to be believed - an absolute shambles. A full restaurant, lots and lots of people standing around waiting to be seated, and everyone else being given a small piece of paper to get breakfast as a takeaway. No form of organisation or communication during any of it, just a complete mess. When guests are trying to find and grab any staff member they can as they frantically run around then the hotel has not planned properly.
We opted for a breakfast takeaway, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. We didn't even receive half of it, nevermind the coffees or the tea that we requested. Awful. In hindsight, we should have just gone to Yas Mall and got something worth eating.
Quite simply, if you cannot take the loads of check-in or breakfasts, or you cannot accommodate for obviously busy times, you should not be offering hotel bookings.
The one huge positive was the staff and service around the pool of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. They were excellent, attentive, and provided great service.

Stayed at this property for a couple of months while working in nearby Masdar City. The location was very convenient to travel back and forth to work. There are a variety of restaurants available close by and the Yas Mall is nearby. The hotel is a bit dated and worn, probably the result of long term use and abuse by people staying here. The breakfast each day was adequate for starting your day, but not exceptional and the dinner, provided Sunday through Wednesday was sometimes very good, and other times, not so palatable. The living room furniture in the room is undersized for anyone of above average height and very uncomfortable. The kitchen in the room had a refrigerator that did not seal well and dripped every time it was opened. It was nice to have a microwave. Masum, the gentleman that serviced our room did a wonderful job, and all of the hotel staff are friendly.

We stayed for 1,5 months from Dec 19 until Jan 20 and have well enjoyed our time in Staybridge.
The staff has been throughout our stay very warm in atittude and made us actually feel home. The welcome at 4 am, the kitchen and restaurant staff during breakfast and evening food (even under pressure they kept on smiling and engaging with their guests!), the security, housekeeping and roomservice staff were fantastic people taking care of us. Also the management was remarkably engaged with the ground activities and how guests feel in the hotel. The staff was equally attentive and engaging towards children (I have three of them, 8, 6 and 2 yrs old).
Facilities from Crown Plaza and Yas Beach can be utilised as part of the package. Location wise, you are very close to taxis, busses which can take you to Yas entertainment.

We’ve stayed here a few times and always an easy stay as the in room/apartment facilities are great, everything provided even down to washing up liquid. What tops the facilities is the welcoming and service that is genuinely 5 star. The food provided is fresh and it’s basically half board 4 nights every week when a ‘social’ dinner is provided. All together a great place to stay in an awesome location.

Hi; We had booked an apartment with one bedroom and a living room with kitchenette with a request for a sofa cum bed/ foldable cot in the living room. The king size bed in the bedroom is sufficient for 2 adults or one adult and two children while the sofa cum bed holds good for one adult or two small children. Hope this answers your query.
