Conrad Etihad Tower made my birthday more special. One of the best stays i had. World class service (more than a 5 star) and i was so overwhelmed by their pleasant surprise. I wanted to thank Ian for the warm welcome and for your kindness and assistance during the checked in. And for the surprise cake and wine :) Eliza who made our stay more comfortable and extended our checked out to 8pm. To Paul, Majendra, Raymond, Min and Azaman for being so nice to your guests. Also thanks to Vlad from Lillet Bar. And also to Lamia,who assisted us during our checked out, you were so friendly. I could say all the staffs were so approachable and friendly. I am definitely going to come back again :) Impressed by the interior design from the lobby itself to the hallway, the pool, the beach and of course our room. It was so neat and so clean. Good food, good service (Fahad was very helpful), good music, the best brunch in Abu Dhabi !! The kids spent their entire day in the pool, we sat outside so we could keep an eye on them, while enjoying a beautiful day !

This hotel is so impressive. Ever since we arrived, we have been overly taken care of. Miss Lamia, who is a very great and talented Guest Relations Manager and obviously well-versed in talking and interacting with guests, gave us the best reception and treated us like a VVIP Guest. You will really feel that she has a very strong interpersonal skills in facing all her guests. I am so thankful to the Duty Manager, Miss Saleesha for her surprise for my birthday. She really even made an effort to write me a Birthday Card and she put it in my room. She really made my day! I'm very impressed! That was an amazing and thrilling surprised! I am also thankful to the F&B Supervisor, Fahad because he was so attentive to us. He knows how to make his guests happy and to anticipate the guest needs.. Thank you so much for the great service. You are sooooo good! Even though this hotel has changed its brand name you can say that their service is even more better now. You feel like you're just in your own house. Many thanks to Mr. Mrudu Nair for the very warm welcome which made me feel like I'm home and is really a very kind and very good Assistant Front Office Manager. We are very grateful for the wonderful experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back because we really enjoyed our stay and for those who are planning to come here to Conrad and Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi, give it a try and you will definitely enjoy your stay as well. The staff here are really very nice and they were all very friendly until when we checked out we were taken care of by Rakshith, Cristina and Omid. By the way, Omid was very quick to assist. He's good! Even Anthony and Tikka were very quick to assist and I am super impressed with the quality of service they provide! We also thank Wilson for the complimentary cake.
