Hello Corniche Hotel management and stuff team, I would like to thank all of you for the worm welcome and incredible service I’m experiencing with you since I arrived to your beautiful hotel on the 5th of May till today.
When you step in at the hotel door entrance you feel as if your coming back home away from home, because you will be well welcomed by the concierge team and front disk who will give you the impression that your not a stranger to them and you have the feeling that you know them long time back! During your stay the meet and greet will be extended the all day long starting with the room service whenever needed and the housekeeping who will make your stay enjoyable by keeping your room clean and refreshed everyday. When it comes to food, you don’t want to miss the delicious variety’s buffet. And when it comes to entertaining, you have to explore the pool, gym and Spa facilities which will keep you fresh and full of energy to start your journey.
Therefore, I would like thank personally all the team I’ve met so far starting with Ms Victoria and her team: Islam, Reha, Sofi, Noben, Haidar, Mery and Tilip..

We spent a little bit more than a week in Corniche hotel and we are fully satisfied with the experience. The hotel is well located for those who prefer exploring the city over spending time on a beach. Nevertheless, you can find two public beaches nearby — Corniche beach and Abu Dhabi beach. Both are 10-15 minutes by bus or 30-50 minutes afoot. As locals told me — these beaches are not the best and better to go to Hudayriat or Saadiyat. Well, we visited Hudayriat, it’s really nice and have free lounge chairs, but I’d say if you want just to swim Abu Dhabi beach is just fine, but for nice leisure time better go to Hudayriat. The hotel has its own swimming poll which is great for swimming in winter time because water temperature maintained around +30. Breakfast was included in my booking and it was really good. The choice of food was quite limited, but all basic breakfast things were there — eggs, fruits, cereal, coffee etc. COVID measures was properly maintained and one of hotels employees would always assist with picking up food so I didn’t have to touch anything. I want to mention and thank Mr. Isiam, Ms. Sofi and Mr. Cranesh for being there and for assistance. Concierges deserve to be mentioned. They were really helpful from the very beginning till the last day of my stay. Mr. Hem told us through all attractions of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The desk working 24/7, so our late check in wasn’t a problem. Room was good, but it doesn’t have a balcony and it’s not possible to open windows. To sum up, we had really good time in Abu Dhabi and this hotel left a good impression.

Over all the hotel was ok. I’m many areas there is a smell of damp which is somewhat off putting. The crystal champagne doesn’t open until 5 which is a little odd and means there is no bar in the hotel until 5. The bar is old style classic and really nice, I jist which they would try a little hard with atmosphere especially as it was New Year’s Eve.
We booked a club junior suite with lounge access, I was expecting a separated living and sleeping area but it’s just one room, it was is comfortable but..... Maintenace is poor, the curtains are not attached at both ends of the rail and it’s hard to get the room dark.
The club lounge, not with the money, on the first night I went there at 705pm for happy hour and had to call the main reception desk as there was no staff there, the place had not been cleaned since much earlier in the day. The eventually showed up and happy hour was poor, cheese, some small sandwiches was available but where poor, along with red and white wine and been, possibly the worst selection in a club lounge that I’ve ever seen, on top of this there is no lounge breakfast and your expected to pay an additional 85aed per person for breakfast. I’m General the worst lounge and the room was over priced. Not the 5 star experience I was expecting.
They do provide a car service which was great, the cars are clean driver is good and they are in time good value for money.
I won’t be rushing back to this hotel though.

The lady from the reception was nice, she upgraded our room but the rooms are old, but clean. The view was nice but the windows are dirty. But the breakfast was the real dealbreaker! You will have the breakfast served in the room (probably because of Covid-19) and you’ll have a piece of paper where you can choose what you want (1piece of each range of food per person, ex. I wanted 2 pancakes and I couldn’t order only for me 2), the bacon, hash browns mushrooms were cold. If you want coffee, you can’t ordered a cappuccino or anything else. They said that they can only bring us normal coffee, if we want cappuccino we have to pay, so we asked for milk instead. No. Still have to pay if you want milk in your coffee. And the cherry on top of the pie, they brought us 4 pieces of instant coffee and paper cups to make our own coffee!! For a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I’m giving them 2 stars only because the bed was very comfortable.

This is a quarantine hotel used to house workers for two weeks on arrival before they can work in the country. NO ONE TOLD US THIS. We only found out why it was so quiet 2 days before we came home. There was no entertainment, only one main restaurant which we had to wear latex gloves to get our food, which wasn't brilliant. The cocktail bar was only open for 1.5 hrs in the evening and we were the only customers, so only went once.
The Corniche was supposed to be a 5 star hotel, it was bordering on a 3 star, we only got 1 bath towel between us nothing to stop us slipping when we got out of the shower. The room attendants were in and out of every room even the quarantined ones, even when we asked for extra towels it depended who was working to what we got.
My wife is on the covid vulnerable list and there is NO WAY ON EARTH we would of booked this if we had known.
We spent most of our time at a neighbouring hotel The royal Meridian that had live music, entertainment & a choice of restaurants which we ate at.

Excellent service by Anis Ramjan. His housekeeping service is top notch. He pays attention to details and client demands. His cleaning skills brings to room to life with good sparkles in the bath and the entire room. Anis ensures the room is dust free and client is comfortable after room service and housekeeping by providing necessary assistance all round.

The room was spacious with a separate living room area. Bed was comfy and clean. Check in took 20-25 minutes, which was not ideal with 2 toddlers. It has a small store for milk close to the hotel as well as a nice park with swings. The breakfast was ok, the bakery items could be better than bread not even toasted. The juice was a quite sour. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were nice. Its nice and quiet at night, the staff were friendly. More staff or seeing a manager to greet people would be great. There was also only 1 hand towel and 1 big towel for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Amenities like shampoo and coffee packets were provided. There was quite a bit of dust under the main bathroom sink. Overall not bad, but not Great.

Good evening! There is no transfer at the hotel, but there is a city bus that stops at the entrance to the hotel. I've only sailed in the Persian Gulf once. In the first half of the day it is not deep, in the second half of the day the water rises. I preferred walking around the city; I went to Dubai for one day. I can’t say any details about dinner, but there seemed to be alcohol present. I only took breakfast, buffet. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the United Arab Emirates and regular supermarkets do not sell alcohol, but there is a good alcohol market next to the hotel; you can ask the locals for the address. There is a safe in the room, but I didn’t even use it, since there is no theft.
There are more places to choose from in the Abu Dhabi area.
