The place is so amazing and it’s super luxurious. It’s most luxurious hotel in UAE . However everything is wow . However the service is not as per standard at all . Room service it’s tooo slow . It takes 25 to 40 min . I believe management has to take serious steps to make sure this palace e is well managed .

We recently enjoyed an exceptional pool day in the beautiful grounds of Emirates Palace hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Very easy parking and access to the pool. We entered via the spa and had the choice to stay at the more busier pool with slides, ideal for children and the young at heart, but instead we were taken by buggy to the other more quieter pools designated for couples and adults. The service was outstanding, staff were attentive and very helpful. The menu was out of this world and prices were very reasonable. Great value for money. We had a wonderful day and did not want to leave. All of the facilities were clean and the sunloungers were so comfy.... great for a mid afternoon nap! We are already planning a return day out. Definately call the spa to ask about offers for midweek and weekends.

Stayed 2 nights at the Palace this week ,I have to say that everything exceeded our expectations. We booked Al Khaleej Suite for our family of 2 adults & 2 kids ,as a member of M.O we chose to upgrade our suite ,arrived at the reception and Thao took care of us ,she did not only upgrade us to the next higher category but gave us a better one which was the palace Suite ,after introduction & a map of the place we headed to our suite . Wow the Suite was amazing ,lots of treats were waiting for us from chocolates ,dates ,sweets & fruits ,we had a huge terrace with amazing views . Both the west and the East pools were amazing ,we spent every day at a different pool, walking on the Long Beach was amazing but unfortunately the swimming part was full of rocks and my husband injured his foot trying to walk around it to swim . For both days also we opted for breakfast in the room,we tried the palace & the Arabic one ,both were fit for a king . The food was great in all the restaurants we tried . We will absolutely be back ,thank you everyone @ Emirates palace for a great staycation .

What a truly amazing stay in every sense! I decided to treat my family, including two children aged 8 and 10 years for a 3 night break - we were so thrilled with everything, I then stayed on 4 nights on my own and my daughter returned to join me again the following weekend! The hotel has such an air of opulence as you enter and certainly has the wow factor - you feel special as soon as you arrive. Yet, although the surroundings are so lavish, what really made our stay ‘outstanding’ was the helpfulness and sincerity of most of the staff we came into contact with. Aariff, the Assistant Front Office Manager gave us a warm and very efficient welcome and ensured we had adjoining suites that were simply luxurious and facing the sea. He and his staff were extremely helpful with various queries throughout our stay. We took dinner in each of the hotel restaurants and found all the food so appetising and delicious and efficiently served with a wide variety of wines available. Special mention to the staff in the Indian Martabaan Restaurant, especially the Head Chef who took so much trouble to create scrumptious dishes for the children to try too. Breakfasts, served very caringly by Sheryl were a great start to the day which meant a light snack by the pool later in the day was perfectly adequate. The poolside staff were indeed particularly efficient. Amith, a lifeguard who was a very professional, helpful and courteous member of staff ensured we were never without shade and had the attention of the Cascade Pool Restaurant staff too. How wonderful to have things done for us (fresh towels, constant ice and water, menus and parasols moved) without having to constantly look around for staff to ask - such a big bonus and so relaxing, yet never intrusive. We also enjoyed using the water sports facilities most days and again, Amith was very helpful and always very safety conscious. We always thoroughly enjoyed our daily rides on the buggies not only to and from the pool but through the well kept grounds. Vimi, one of the drivers was always so courteous and full of interesting information about the hotel. We will certainly always remember our fantastic stay at The Emirates Palace despite it being during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our stay so truly enjoyable - we will certainly return!!
