Thanks for looking after me when I was unwell while staying at your hotel. The staff make this place, they are all so friendly, helpful and kind. They called the doctor for me when I was unwell and checked that I was OK. They make the best chicken soup of anywhere I've stayed and did everything they could to make...

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. Good big spacious rooms, clean comfortable beds and great staff. Including coca tea in the lobby and oxygen as needed. Breakfast amongst the best in SA. However I still needed to request towels?? And the beautiful pool, sauna and gym only open 1 pm until 9 pm which was odd.. Quality.

Don't expect mindblowing luxury from any Bolivian hotels but this was a very decent , professional business hotel in city center and 35 mins from La Paz airport ( $12 usd taxi ride ) English speaking staff , well appointed and equipped rooms , close proximity to all city attractions . The rooftop bar was desolate and not really an...

The hotel is located quite centrally and is a fairly modern 12 story building. We took a premium room which was on the tenth floor and quite a decent size. The bed was comfortable and there is good cupboard space. The bathroom was OK with a shower in the Jacuzzi tub but they do need to raise the water temperature...

We stayed here for 4 nights in October. This is a very nice well run quality hotel which has the standards which one expects when staying at such properties. The reception staff excellent for us, friendly and helpful. They assisted with organising tours for us and helped in many ways with my multitude of enquiries. Breakfast was very good, rooms...

PROS: FACILITIES: although it is an old building it is well maintained and clean (some wide areas with no use, it is truth). The room was renovated (although the decor is quite strange since it follows a "latin" taste, do not expect a decor/furniture most common at international brands). Quite executive Hotel, fulfilling what you need for a business trip....

The Europa is a business-style hotel ; modern, comfortable, but nothing boutique or local character. The staff are friendly and professional. The room, bed and bathroom good. Location is good, just a few blocks walking to witches market. Plenty of restaurants around too. Breakfast is the usual buffet and service is alright. La Paz is high altitude and my wife...

A haven in a huge sprawling city. Bedroom standard but bed large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom adequate with range of toiletries. Breakfast area modern and like a cafeteria but plentiful range of food and omelette freshly cooked. Staff at reception extremely helpful and friendly.

A comfortable hotel. Our room was quite spacious with king size bed, 2 armchairs and a small table. Large bathroom with heated floor tiles. Location was just off the Main Street. We enjoyed the pool. It also had a spa and sauna. Restaurant was good. Room service was good and cheap. Friendly staff

We stayed there for two nights. The room and bathroom were spacious and great. Good location at the end of the main avenue. The hotel has a taxi service which will take you to the Witches market for about $10. It is walking distance though. Breakfast is awesome. I'm French and they had the closest bread to a French loaf...
