Absolutely wonderful hotel. Not only beautiful, but the staff was incredible. They all knew us by name and were so very helpful. Loved the decor and architecture. Had a small party downstairs and it went beautifully. We left the hotel for a few days to travel to another part of Colombia. We returned for one night, before we flew back...

This is truly a fantastic hotel; an impressive ancient building very tastily turned to a hotel. Rooms are spacious with all amenities, restaurant is very fresh and inviting serving good food and, of course, top service. However, front facing room of the historical building was very very noisy due to the heavy traffic on the main road. (And mind you...

Nice property, situated on the Main Street in the trendy restaurant area. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds and old style furnishings but all well looked after. Reason for only 4 stars is the restaurant is slow and often they miscue the orders. The gym is also tiny. That said front desk staff are great and super helpful, offering concierge...

Casa Medina is an historic building in Bogota. Given to Four Seasons to run, the place as architectural and decoration is really beautiful. It has one problem, the rooms have no isolation so there is plenty of noise everywhere. Air conditioning is not possible since it will destroy the aesthetics of the building so you have to open the windows...

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they want you to enjoy your stay. The bar area was always cold as the external door was open which meant the Castinoyes restaurant was also cold (for breakfast and dinner). The spa is very good but the gym is small. Great location for all the restaurants.

I stayed here 12 nights for business. I will say it's a beautiful hotel. Great location with restaurants all within walking distance. Big rooms, terrific front desk service. Breakfast was included in our great price, and the food was great. The two negatives: I had to ask for bottled water. The maid was okay initially, then started to decrease the...

Bogota being dead on week days past 9 Oclock, it is nice to be in one of the most dynamic areas for restaurants. The hotel is boutique style. I used a Grand Premier room, plenty of space. The service was great and the food was satisfactory. I loved the contrast between the atmosphere and its surrounding. Definitely feels like you...

Ok Folks--I'm back... finally. You'all miss me? After 15 months traveling around, I'm back with some great stuff to report. We stayed at the The Four Seasons Hotel for three (3) nights in Bogota this past week. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The beds are comfy, comfy, comfy. My room was a Junior Suite, furnished with almost...

This is a lovely hotel in a very safe area of Bogota, full of small restaurants and easy to walk around. The hotel seems to have been renovated and is beautiful, with an interior garden where you can sit and have a drink in a peaceful setting. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff is friendly and polite....
