Do not put your money into this hotel, if you don't use they will rob you. I always stayed in this hotel once in Bogota. I spent 6 month in the city and I made a 3 month plan with the gym. Due to the pandemic they closed completely. I asked for the money for the month that I didn't use back and they told me there is no refund. Even as a fixed client the were very unpolite (Miguel Gonzales to be exact) and just robbed me away my money. If they keep the money from long time customers can you imagine what they do with providers, laundry and cleaning products? I will never stay on this hotel ever again.

Horrible experience with the COVID pandemic! Is not compulsory for guests to wear a face mask inside the hotel were a lot of guests without face masks!!! Unbelievable!!! Staff were using mask but there is no point if guests are not using anything at all!!! I saw a lot of people today without mask coming and going from a meeting room inside the hotel!!!

Good morning Mrs. Ana, We deeply regret this perception you have had during your stay. Our Biosafety protocols include the requirement to use face masks during all common areas of the hotel, by our collaborators and by all our clients. Possibly it was people having their snack, it is the only exception so that our clients do not have masks on. We have even arranged disposable masks in the reception and restaurant areas for delivery to people who for some reason forgot it in the room. We hope you understand that some guests avoid complying with the rules, but our staff is always attentive to make the corresponding request. Additionally, if the behavior is repetitive, our policy is to end the accommodation contract unilaterally for the common good. We are committed to the safety of our clients and their health. We stayed three nights at the Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & Spa. Although we didn't realize the difference when we booked it, we were in the "apartment" side of the property which meant we had access to all of the facilities but did not include daily housekeeping. Our room itself was huge - a full bedroom with a king sized bed, a full bathroom, large hall with closets and a separate sitting room. The location was very convenient to the many bars and restaurants of Parque 93. I'd recommend it.

We had first stayed in this hotel (business trip) during renovations, which was in 2015 or 2016. Now, everything is ready, and it is working brilliantly. Nice people, excellent service, and the best breakfast we have had in Colombia so far (and Colombia is not a bad-breakfast-country). Especially the fruit section was very good. Location is Parque 93-central, taxis are handy and ok, so it is probably your best bet in the city if you want to stay in the North. The Spa is good, but was closed for a day for cleaning, which of course is ok. I will come back next time, no need for experiments. It´s worth every cent, and the people are still the best. Last time I came here, Iberia f**** up with the luggage, and they kept on trying. Still the same people, still good vibes. Carry on ! On our way back to Germany, we booked again, of course :-)))…
