This place did nt seem to know us when we arrived although we had reserved and stayed in contact via email during the week of arrival. There was no booking for us at the hostel so they took us to the casa....it was lovely but was like a prison camp. No Hot Water No Talking At Night No Music No...

I really enjoyed my stay there even though it was only one night. The owner, Herman, was very friendly and offered a beer to welcome me to the hostel. Room was very simple however, hot water was at any time. There are no heaters in the room but i asked for an extra blanket and got 2 instead. Stuff is...

I feel compelled to write and say how absolutely shocking this place is. After having confirmed a reservation by email on more than one occasion, including the day of arrival, I arrived at 10pm off a transatlantic fligt to find that there was no room at the inn, despite my name being down on the clipboard of the reservations guy....

I slept in a dorm here. It's a very popular place and I highly recommend booking ahead of time. My favorite part of this place was the great communal room where it's easy to meet people and socialize. The hammocks in the lobby are great too.
