I have been to Bogota many times. This is by far the worse service hotel I ever stayed at. I booked Superior room and got the smallest room next to an elevator that made a horrible loud noise every time it went up or down....More
Take a look on their website to see if there is a safe. Other places would be the websites that you book the hotel and check all their info on the hotel. I did not need one so not sure if they have one or not.
