When I wrote my 1st review of Aquana last year, I said that it might become a place that we would continue to come back to. Having now returned from our 2nd stay there, I'm pleased to say that this is still true.
This is a great resort for families. From the moment we arrived, Fabienne and her wonderful staff were on-hand all day, to help with advice on tours, take our drink & food orders (I agree with Sarah about the Mojitos!), and, most importantly, to keep...More
I decided to visit Aquana based on a recommendation from a friend and all the trip advisor reviews and I was so glad I did. I was a Rugby World Cup widow at the time and knew I would need some help on hand to...More

Same answer as PeaceAndLove. The "Mama's Market" in the very centre of town makes some of the best food on the island. Huge, delicious servings of meat/fish/eggs, rice, salad and sauce for about 400vt and you're right beside the water. We had a lot of the dishes at Aquana and it was all very good. But ya, lots of choices if you're looking to grab food and eat at your bungalow.
