Rooms clean and tidy, staff friendly, well located for some local restaurants. Only had a few nights there and didn't use the restaurant for anything other than breakfasts, which was fine. A nice hotel for a city visit.

Decent hotel, a little bit outdated but charming. Staff extremely friendly, lots of restaurants right around the corner. Disadvantage is that it is not close to the city centre. ATM near hotel entrance and it does accept foreign cards.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit disappointing. I didn't mind the little lizard sharing my room, but I did mind the mouldy smell. There was a noisy party going on in the next room. By 2AM I had had enough and called reception. They dealt with it swiftly. Buffet style breakfast was good.

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. If you want a hotel as a base for a couple of nights it serves that purpose. It is large but very dated. The bedding and bathrooms were clean but corners, power switches etc were very dirty. I was a bit hesitant to use some of the switches as they looked...

Around 20 years ago his hotel was a very famous hotel in Myanmar . So popular that you can't get a room easily and long waits for weddings and events. A tall high hotel with bath tabs were rare in that time Rangoon. But the golden age is over, and plenty of signs of torn downs can be seen. I've...

Good price hotel, Panda Suite well worth it for the view of Shwedagon Pagoda. To see the pagoda with the lights at night was magical, sunrise and sunset changed its colour. Suite furniture a bit old but large room and clean. Restaurant has no ambiance but the small tables overlooking someone's garden were ok for breakfast. Food adequate, good café...

Good mid range choice. Doesn't have the views of e.g shwedagon pagoda or lakes or parks like some of the othe city hotels but is a good clean option for a night or two in Yangon. Faintly centrally located with good access to the main sights.

Stayed here at the beginning and end of a trip in Burma. This hotel is clean and the staff on the reception were helpful. Breakfast had a reasonable choice although staff were a but surly. It was dead at night so best to go to one of the nearby restaurants.

General:  There is an ATM inside and one outside of the hotel, both offline. A business center provides internet, computer, scanner and printer. Front desk friendly and helping, as you know it from Burma. Many Chinese guests. Room price compared intenationally within Asia for what you get you pay at the upper end of the scale, I would say at...
