I never stay any where else in Yangon, the hotel staff could not be more helpful, and the hotel is spotless and the beds are to die for once in the them you don't what to get out of them. The Japanese buffet is exceptional and if you stay at the hotel you must try it.

For starters, this hotel is great by Yangon standards, and what puts it over the top, is the high quality of staff. Hats off to the management of this establishment. I transitions from ParkRoyal after a week staying at JW Marriott's and Ritz Carlton's, and honestly, the service was better at ParkRoyal. This morning put me over the top, when...

Was here on business after almost a decade. The place looks the same. No visible wear and tear which is a good sign. The reception team and wait staff were excellent. They ensured that all my requirements were met with even the minutest details taken care of. Loved the breakfast spread and wish i had more time in the mornings...

Staff is amazing: friendly, helpful and super professional. I love them. Rooms, gym, pool (a bit small) area are very clean and shiny. Location is very good , walking distance to the main points of interests (if you are not afraid of the hot weather). Breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of options. Rooms are small, but silent...

We stayed two nights. Location very good. Reception and restaurant area top, especially breakfast. Very friendly service. Swimmingpool small but OK. Only problem was the simple windows to the main street without noise protection.

There on business. Hotel staff was accomodating, helped move a business meeting to a better location and actually picked up some of our larger equipment for us (nice touch). The breakfast was included at my range -- it was good. Typical Asian fare with a bit of western in there. The amount of Japanese cuisine was a pleasant surprise. I...

Excellent choice. Pleasant stay and good service. Hotel provided complimentary cocktail for our WBG group participants. The fitness centre provided Zumba coach. Its was great help for ladies to exercise. The food was good too.

We stayed here in March and chose the Orchid Club option, we did not regret it. The staff were very friendly and the snacks, afternoon tea, happy hour etc we all very nice. Hotel is ok - small rooms for the price but clean and functional. Nothing special but would warrant a three star rating normally. Breakfast not included in my rate (fine) but they wouldn't give me a cappuccino (which is all I wanted). So US$20 for a croissant and lukewarm tea. That's appalling. Japanese restaurant on the second floor serving average...
