Location is excellent, we reached in the evening and had to go to the famous pagoda, and took us 10 minutes using a taxi to reach their just in time to catch sunset competing with the golden extravegance. that's another story anyway. this hotel is located in a tiny street between 2 busy street. Rooms are ok, wi-fi does not...

Our most expensive place to stay in 3 weeks in Myanmar and the worst. A small, no, tiny room with barely adequate AC and a constantly damp feel to the bedding and our belongings by the time we left. We were in the last room on the 2nd floor, so no wifi in the room, we had to sit downstairs...

We took a family room (my wife, two kids 6 & 8 and me). The welcoming committee of about ten staff was quite something as we stepped in off the street. The steep stairs are quite a climb, but they carried our bags up for us; some exercise for us at least. The room was large and pretty good for...

For $27 we were given a double room. It was windowless and had ants over the walls. There was mould on the ceiling and the bedsheets were not particularly clean. Accommodation in Yangon is fairly expensive, but you can get a lot more for your money than the quality found at Beauty Land II. That said, the staff are friendly...

The hotel itself is located quite central not on a main street so it's not too noisy. The rooms are clean and average size, small tendentially. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has no elevator but steep steps.

A great bunch of staff that are willing to help. We stayed on the top floor (4th) and one of the staff helped us with our heavy rucksacks up the stairs. Double private room with ensuite was quite tiny but cosy. Shower and AC worked well. We had an early flight the next day so would have missed out on...

The hotel is at an excellent location with shops, restaurants and the old town. It has free but slow wifi and the continental breakfast plus Burmese pancake and pot of coffee or tea was okay. Personnel are friendly. Unfortunately there is no elevator, the rooms are a bit shabby, and we had to wait 5 minutes for hot water. Some...

I arrived in Yangon around 8p.m. and had no hotel reservation so I followed some guide book advice and took a taxi here from the bus station. I ended up with a single room on the 4th floor for $25/25,000Kyat...The room was decent size for the price and was well used. The bathroom was fine but never really managed to...

We were a little sick when we arrived, so we opted for a more expensive room with attached bathroom. The staff was increadibly helpful, de rooms spatious and clean (with airco and fan) and the breakfast is splendid. Close to the Sule Paya, the hotel's location is also excellent. After one night, we switched to an economy room with shared...
