I requested Staffs also to have better breakfast but did not get any response. Please improve the quality of breakfast and include some continental dishes instead of all Korean food. Otherwise the service staffs are helpful.
We purchased the hotel for three people to stay however only had two beds and hotel would not acknowledge third person flight/hotel package we paid for on Expedia - Poor English communication did not help -- The only other complaint was slow elevators
