I chose to stay in this hotel for a night as our 1st wedding anniversary after our visit to Phoenix Park Resort. Though the hotel is not as convenient as other hotels, it is in the Namsan Area which can have a great city view of Seoul. The hotel consists of Tower Wing and the Club Wing, and this time...

As a quick mini-honeymoon, and after some whirlwind travel to return to korea, my bride and I booked a two night stay at the Banyan Tree Club and Spa in Seoul. Spa facilities were great, however the rooms were filled with mold and water damage. The quality of the rooms were nowhere near the condition a $500 dollar per night...

Ok this place is a little out of the way but it is in a very tranquil and beautiful part of Seoul. It is perched on the top of a hill and there are some great views. The first thing I noticed when I entered my room was that instead of a bed there was a pool. Yes a pool...

STAFFS: always being kind, attentive, ready to help, and willing to be bothered whatever and whenever I asked. ROOM: spacious and big enough for four of us to stay and sleep comfortably. LOCATION: appropriate distance from great places to visit such as Seoul Tower, Insadong, the War Memorial of Korea, and so on... Plus, right in the middle of Namsan...

It is very beautiful! The pool inside my room was incredible. Every night when arriving, the pool was at 38°C, surrounded by lightened candles, and the view was very nice too. The breakfast was also very good, specially the fruit juice. The hotel is on a hill and full of trees. Very nice autumn colors I recommend this nice hotel

I really enjoyed my 3 day stay at Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul. The warm welcome from staff really made me surprised especially that 1 staff can speak Vietnamese. He is really helpful to give me instructions how to travel around Seoul. The hotel is near Nam San Mountain with the view spread over Seoul. The night view is...

I stayed at this hotel paying more than $440 as it was our Wedding anniversary. But we had a terrible experience with their room quality and service. The temperature of our room for a whole night till morning was 20 degree even though we set 30. We started it 24 but at midnight we were so cold so set 30...

This hotel is a real 5 star hotel super service, great rooms with a pool if you order the villa rooms. The spa and gym are world class and having trade mills on the roof is simply a brilliant idea. I will come back with my family.

We stayed on 12th and 13th of oct. THe room was beautiful and especially my son loved the in -room swimming pool. The view was nice, too. But I wish I could use outside swimming pool, in any ways because it was such a waste to have such a beautiful swimming pool unused.

“Romantic moments setting service is very good to enjoy the atmosphere of the room. The size of bed is suit for 2 adults and a kid. It is better to enjoy indoor pool right after check in because it's temperature was perfectly set-up at that moment. ”
