I stayed at the InterContinental Coex for about 5 days on a recent business trip. The facilities and the rooms were well maintained and the service was great and always friendly. I took advantage of the gym and spa while I was there and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of equipment and amenities provided by the hotel; including loaner...

I have to say, I was underwhelmed by my stay here in Oct 2014. It wasn't terrible, just compared to other nice international hotels, this stay was not quite up to par. Let's start with the good stuff: 1) Concierge desk was helpful and spoke great English. Service in general was great. 2) It connects indoors to the underground mall...

Dear chenj33, Thank you so much for taking some time off of your busy day to leave us a feedback. I am elated by the fact that you were able to find delight in the concierge's service and also with our property's accessibility to some recreational areas and establishments. However, it is to my absolute regret to learn that some...

I was expecting a superb service but they exceeded every single expectation of mine. From arranging private transportation from and to the airport at a very reasonable cost for a limousine with a wonderful chauffeur, to a great sound-proofing in the room, to remarkable connectivity in the room, to bathroom amenities of the greatest quality, to immediate responsiveness to each...

We stayed in a king room for five nights while in Seoul for a conference and sight seeing. What we liked: Great location for conference guests – the hotel is connect to the Coex conference centre and the Coex Mall, which was under renovation during our stay but still had a nice selection of restaurants available. The hotel is also...

The Intercontinental Seoul COEX hotel locates at the most center of Gangnam. It is a very comfortable business hotel. All the staff are very friendly and professional. There're some korean shops, bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance - 500m away. Next to it, there's a shopping mall as well.

We stayed here for 4 nights and though the convenience of the hotel to Gangnam was very practical, it was unfortunately quite far away from the top cultural sights which were mostly south of the river Hang. The rooms were big and modern, though a little dark (American style furnishing). Besides the front desk and concierge staff, the rest of...

I was in Gangnum for a conference and stayed at the Intercontinental COEX for 5 nights. SInce I was on an overnight flight to Incheon, I arrived at 11am, way before the actual check in time (which was 3pm). A $16 bus ride dropped me at the hotel from the airport. Straight foward and easy. I fully expected to leave...

Just stayed one night at the Intercontinental COEX and found it very, very good. Check in was very smooth and I was greeted as a Platinum member and even received a gift, very nice start of the stay.
