My experience with the Imperial Palace hotel was lovely, thanks to it's excellent staff and top notch room. This hotel offers a high-quality restaurant for travelers that can't afford time to go out to grab a bite that albeit a bit pricey provides it's customers a safe and easy place to eat. Specially for people who are not fans of...

Lobby is a little garish, rooms are OK. Bed is a little to form, bathroom is ok, apart from shower overflowing. Toilet is one of those excellent Japanese all singing all dancing ones. I still prefer international brands though.

Perfect hotel in Seoul. The grounds are really really beautiful, food was excellent, and the room was super cozy! The bathroom was big, and had nice bath! The staffs are truly freindly, I was totally satisfied.

Good location and hotel staff are very quick in service. Had couple of hiccups with the room and was upgraded quickly. Very comfortable stay. A little disappointed with the hotel staff attitude at the front desk upon checking out. Bell guys and concierge were very supportive and helpful. Would come again.

I stayed at Imperial Palace the second time and I will come back again, next time visiting Seoul. The hotel is a typical Asian Hotel in imperial style. Behind the style you will find a good hotel with luxury you need at your business stay. Great location, good service. Lots of choice when it comes to bars and restaurants. Very...

The location was decent but the rooms were so outdated. I think there are two towers and i think i was stuck in the older tower. Everything in the room was so old. The furniture, the decor, the drapes.... To be fair, the bathroom was not that old. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time i will definitely...
