First rate hotel. Exceptional customer service and flawless room. After a very warm welcome and a very efficient check-in, I was quickly up to my room, a junior suite. As expected, the room was beautifully decorated, with ample cabinets and storage. Housekeeping service was always discreet and very efficient, flawlessly executed. I didn't try any of the hotel restaurants, but...

Stayed here for 5 nights and no complaints whatsoever! Was welcomed and acknowledged by the Guest Service Agent by name, which many hotels don't do at all nowadays, which was a extra warm touch, even though I am an employee of IHG. Located right next to Samseong subway and within walking distance to the Coex mall and Hyundai department store...

I have stayed there from 21-23 August 2014 for two nights. When checked in, I felt very warmth welcome from check in officer, I can mentioned her name is Ms. Stella Kim. She is very nice person and greet me with Indonesian, as she was ever lived in Jakarta for her childhood. She is very professional. I have got junior...

We signed up to become the Ambassador program and get a free upgrade (one level) to a Junior Suite. Rooms is typical Intercon standard, no complaints. Godo location, a few mins walk to subway. Walk to samseon-dong and explore the back alleys for many local restaurants (many cant speak english). There are also fast food chains and Kraze Burger if...

second stay of the year. rooms still wonderful, but staff not so attentive. perhaps because I was with a top-tier guest on my last trip and had access to the club level. this time, only an upgrade to a junior suite. not having club access meant having to rely on the food offerings at the hotel restaurants and/or room service,...

Dear Thomas, Thank you for your recent review following your return stay with us, much appreciated. Naturally I was disappointed to hear you felt your second stay was not as good as your first. This is a wonderful hotel. A little dated, but overall quite acceptable. The location is convenient with a lot of restaurant choices nearby. In the morning, I take very early walks around the area. There is a temple not too far away that you can walk to for a little exercise before the day at the office starts. The airport...

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's still in great shape. They've recently redone the entryway and registration, and it's much more accessible. Rooms are outdated (at least mine was), and the decor and available personal amenities are very masculine, so in line with Korean culture, this hotel didn't seem to cater well to young, female business...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent review here on TripAdvisor, much appreciated. Daytime noise from adjacent construction site is unacceptable. Constant hammering throughout the day means no chance to catch up on jet lag. The hotel itself is past it's peak and looks in need of renovation. Service is as you would expect in Korea

Quick overnight here. Easy check in, nice rooms, awesome breakfast buffet. Easy walk to city air terminal to grab a bus to Inchon airport. Much of the attached mall is closed for renovation at present, so not as many shopping options. Nearby Buddhist temple was a ten minute walk and well worth it to see sculptures and learn a bit.
