Back to Seoul and I choose this hotel: on the engine search they said close to night life restaurants easy to reach.
Place il quite close to restaurants but is not a good location for a walking distance.
Easy to reach: only by taxi.
Stayed here 1 night.
The room was smallish, and the bed was as hard as a rock - I know this might suit some, but very unusual, and not for me.
Had dinner in the restaurant - very expensive! There were almost no other diners...More
We had an excellent stay here.
The room was clean and tidied every day, and we felt safe leaving our belongings there. I also. Loved the bidet in the bathroom!
Concierge and all staff were very helpful and patient in answering our questions and hailing...More
Our hotel was booked thru a travel agency, so are the transfers to/from the airport. We stayed for 5bdays and 4 nights. The hotel is centrally located in the Gangnam district.

This hotel location was awesome for my business trip. It was about 1 min to the office in the morning, no taxi, no waiting! Perfect location for our trip, and the rooms, breakfast and the restaurant was just fine.

Aside from Sinsa / Garosugil, no other area in Seoul connotes the words “luxury” and “fancy” like Apgujeong and Cheongdam. Global luxury brands have set up their flagship stores here, catering to the neighbourhood's mostly affluent residents. It’s also one of the top areas in Korea (some say the world) for cosmetic surgery, attracting hundreds of thousands each year for a little nip or tuck. The other parts of Apgujeong
and Cheongdam are mostly lavish residential buildings for some of Seoul’s most affluent alongside extravagant restaurants, bars, spas, and other spots for indulgence. And Cheongdam has long been a bastion for flashy clubs and parties, though in recent years, Itaewon has emerged as a strong challenger to those claims.

Bus 6006 (I think that's the right number). I was little daunted before I arrived, but the system is just so darn well organized, I don't think you could go wrong. Clearly marked bus stops outside the terminal, buses come along every 10-15 minutes, and the bus stops directly outside the Riviera. Cost is ~10,000 won ($10). And the buses are not remotely cramped.
