This hotel is not very well maintained and is quite old. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. The price is way too much for what you get. The staff does their best to help and accommodate you, but they can only do so much. I will not be staying at the Jamsil Tourist Hotel again.

Broken Air conditioning, Charged extra blanket but poor quality. Night shift cannot provide any answer or solution, but only told you " XXX is not working now" or " This is only I can do.......". Breakfast was simple. Location is not good So, if you only looking for the price, you can find another one and with better location.

Positive: Nice staff, your room gets made up every day, close to Lotte World, TV is nice. Price is OK Negative: AC did not work, we even complained and nothing was fixed. Food there was bad and apparently kitchen closed at 5PM???!?

Bad Hotel: Poor maintenance General cleaning to the limit Outdated and dirty toilets Breakfast no variety The staff strives to be nice and help. Unfortunately that does not compensate for the obsolescence of the place

It is lovely and nice hotel to stay but not dine in. Being a tourist hotel, no reason I could find why not even a buffet breakfast if not complimentary. With very limited menu, you are tend to go out for dining. But the hotel is situated in the center of the city and close by subway train station. Staff...

We stayed for 3D/2N at Jamsil Tourist Hotel, in 2 double rooms on the 6th floor (1 room had 2 persons and the other had 3). Our room was spacious and clean and has a nice view of the street outside. The room had a flat screen TV, ref, hairdryer, closet with full length mirror, a double bed and a...

Jamsil Hotel is neatly tuck in-between Sincheon Station and Jamsil Station. Coming from airport with luggage and all, it is best to take the cab to Jamsil Hotel. Take cab ride from airport will cost you around KW 65,000 (inclusive of toll fee), this rate is late at night. If morning or afternoon, I expect the rate will go further...
