I honestly booked for the price offering online, risking the quality as I was all eyes on giving my family a downtown likelihood winter experience, after living in the suburbs for many years now. Amazingly the hotel was outstandish, from the room facilities to the pool to the view, and location. Added to that the staff professionalism and friendliness. Simply everything was great, we had to resist with the idea of going out of the hotel to experience downtown. And really enjoyed the stay, even thought of extending it.

It was one of the best hotels i went to in egypt its a 4 star hotel with a service of 5 stars the service was great the breakfast, the cleanliness the staff is amazing!!!! Very friendly lovely helpful words cant explain how i was satisfied even the one who carried my bag ahmad khawaja he was great great he didnt let us carry our bag at all I even checked out and forgot my wallet in the safe they gave it to me and nothing was touched Rly rly impressed

We stayed for a total of seven nights at the Steigneberger in downtown Cairo. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We are frequent travellers and can safely say the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Special thanks to our housekeeper Said for ensuring we had everything we needed.
