Stayed 4 nights at City Hotel View and had a great experience. When booking for Cairo we were confused on where to stay but glad we chose near Tahrir square as it is in a central location and right across from the Egyptian museum.

Indeed, the hotel is way high up, you can get there with the stairs and with the 2 elevators, handeled by nice liftboys who wait downstairs. The reception is on the 5th floor, it was strange at first but we got used to it... More
Indeed, the hotel is way high up, you can get there with the stairs and with the 2 elevators, handeled by nice liftboys who wait downstairs. The reception is on the 5th floor, it was strange at first but we got used to it. The atmosphere is very nice, good spatious rooms and beautiful view!!!
