My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski. In March . Many of the previous positive posts are the same experience and service we received. As a platinum status member . I did get in upgraded room mourad , the best attentional amenities , the best caring from the amazing care I couldn’t find any words for them Yasmine from the guest relation team . Everything was perfect from . I will come back again thank you Kempinski.
I had the best stay at Kempinski, mostly thanks to a wonderful service. Every day, Abdel Hafiz made my room with much attention: clean, cosy, he even brought me roses when he saw that I love flowers. The room is very elegant, the spa is perfect, but the service is, above all, their best argument to make you stay. Thank you again Abdo, for taking good care of me after my husband left !!
Amazing staycation, very welcoming and helpful staff. Cleaning and sanitisation were great. Lovely roof top. Great breakfast varieties. Special thanks for butler services member and specially Mr Mohamed Nabil for arrangements done and warm welcome even prior to arrival.
Great hotel also all the staff was amazing the restaurant was wonderful and the food was very tasty. And the hotel atmosphere was amazing the service and hospitality was the best special thanks for the guest relation kholoud she was very kind and helpful.
