Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was not very clean and my friend had real issues with asthma every time we were in the room, which was really just for sleeping. Definitely ask for a non-smoking room if that is an issue for you.

There are several restaurants available in t

I would like a to thank chef Hany and congratulate him for the amasing food. The Prawns by the Moon light was light and refreshing. Good dish to start the evening off with. All the staff in the restaurant are kind and always willing to please. They have made my stay very worth w

We arrived at 4am and it was nice to see the hotel fully open and operational. Even the bank was open where we were able to get change at that crazy hour of the morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and addressed everything immediately. I changed rooms and was upgraded fl

There is a message online on Hilto stating that the hotel is renovating few rooms until November 17th. Does this mean it will be noisy? My stay is not before Nov 20th. Also, did the hotel renovate all room above the 17th floor? Please don’t answer if you didn’t stay above the 17th floor and if you didn’t stay last month. Thank you
I cannot encourage you strongly enough, stay somewhere else.

Hi there, Did the hotel renovate rooms from 17 floors and above? Last time they had only 27,28, 29 and 30th floors being renovated but I see on website that there is more renovation.
Last time I was there in September 2018 i stayed in 20th floor rooms was not renovated but the room was clean and view was amazing.

Hi I would like to know if the hotel has been upgraded as yet , as I a.m. deciding to book here for December I see a video about a revamp but I’m not sure if it’s been revamped as yet
It is in the process. But it is a lovely hotel and the prices are good I would definitely suggest staying there

Does anyone know anything about the spa as far as if they have foot massages and or regular massages? If so how much do they generally run? Thank you😀
Hello ,there are many places to have massage but better prefer the massage area in hotels ,unfortunately I didnt have time to take a massage because there are so many things to visit and see so no time to relax. But if ask the concierge team they answer you. That i know is a regular massage 60’ -90’ cost around 200 - 400 pounds (10€-20€) but depend the place.

They had all types of massages and a really nice spa. It was kinda pricey for Egypt. To use the Jacuzzis it was 500egp so I imagine the massages were more expensive than that
