The buffet breakfast served in the hotel contained a variety of items, but sadly not many options for vegetarians, especially Indian. Other than the standard fruits, the only item spotted by us was noodles which were very dry. Bread toast/jam and pastries seemed the other option. Maybe a few more veg items would have made our first meal of the day an enjoyable affair. However, the service was impeccable, all the staff were very caring and efficient. Special mention about Ahmed Salah, the captain at the restaurant, who remembered the type of tea and the way we have and used to get it the moment he spots us and Doaa at the restaurant reception, who always welcomed all guests with a smile.
There was also an Indian restaurant named Namaste on the same floor, but they do not serve breakfast. However, we had dinner over there once and the food was everything in veg that we desired to eat and was yummy. The staff were welcoming and very gracious.
Overall, the stay at this hotel was a very good one and we can recommend it to our fellow travelers. We would like to add that the next time, we come to Cairo, we would surely check into this hotel again.
I enjoyed the stay and had a very good quality time.
The pool needs to be larger and needs renovation

For evidence, please see the pictures and the video I’ve uploaded .
I asked for the Duty Manager to come to my room, Shaimaa Mohahamed the Manger came along with a security guard. Firstly she didn’t introduce herself or the accompanied male with her. I asked her if she was the manager and her name as her name badge was on upside down so I couldn’t read it. Then she said the mail is her security guard..
She agreed room was disgusting me dirty and move me and upgrade me to an executive room, I asked to see the room, I went with her and the security guard to see a room on the 12th floor, this room had supposedly recently been refurbished and was a better standard as she told me, in fact it was filthy dirty as well.
She then asked if she could send the cleaners to clean my room for me she said it wouldn’t take long . I refused because able to take at least a couple of hours to clean the room and it was already approaching 11 pm at night and I had a 5 am start in the morning..
Suffered me drink and food naturally I declined being so late at night and I had already eaten . She said all she could do then was apologise and let her manager know of the situation.. I said to her an apology it’s not acceptable more needs to be done.
I would like to thank Mr Tariq at the reception desk who helped us with the checkin formalities, Ms Fatma at the Hilton Honours desk who helped sort out our room and dining in issues and Mr Ahmed el Gamal, the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to ensure that our dinner was as per our requirements. The hospitality and service of every staff member at the hotel was commendable and they made sure our stay was comfortable.
The breakfast buffet spread was delicious.
We really appreciated the accessible room that was made available for the special needs person. It was exactly as needed -
One suggestion - Please make sure the washroom flooring is 2mm decline towards the drain so that water from the shower area does not flow outside the washroom.
Also there should be no plants near the wheelchair ramp at the entrance of the hotel. The ramp also needs to be a little wider than present.
We look forward to the opportunity to visit Cairo again - preferably during the cooler months and to experience Hilton hospitality again.

Because the yen is weak, it is three times as much in yen. The cost performance has become much worse.

Which makes it a good choice.
A family of 5, we’re sorry that our two bedrooms are not next door, 30 meters away that’s a shame... Even floor is already that!
It is aging and displays a luxury of another time.
Nevertheless there is a staff with little care, the concierge, breakfast exceptionally well stocked that could make you forget the lunch!
Everything is fresh, made on site, an impeccable service!
Room staff who do really well are discreet and efficient work, feeling like having the room for the first time every day.
The gym is really light, nothing for legs in machines, the rest does the job. That's enough to give us good confidence.
Didcade has Wahab the concierge who managed a lost baggage by Turkish Airline and deliver 48 hours after arrival...
And Dahab for his breakfast service.
