The only good thing about this "self claimed" hotel is its location, other than that, very bad service, staff wouldn't do anything unless you grease the wheels, even if it's something according to standards like no towels or no wifi connection, bad AC. Moreover, the smell and the entire atmosphere full of humidity. Prices are way over compared to other...

the hotel is near to everything you need, you can eat and drink and take a walk in the middle of Cairo, simply it is good to be in there to enjoy your time, service is okay, the hotel is busy because of its location.

I stayed in this hotel for three days last summer it was awesome, staff are really friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable even the tourism wasn't that good in Egypt that time the food was so good and fresh everyday. Moreover the hotel location is so good in the heart of Cairo surrounded by so many clubs, coffeshops and nice...

I thoroughly advise against anyone staying at this so-called 'four star' hotel. It has the feel of a very poorly-managed three star hotel, at best. The decor is very tired, and cleanliness is an issue throughout the hotel. There are still broken windows at the front of the hotel from the riots which broke out a few months ago now....

I never see such a bad hotel in all my life. Even the most poor hotel is better. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go there only if you really do not have any other alternative. This is the list of the problem I faced during 3 days of stay: (1) the key may not enter the...

We stayed at the AL NABILA in Cairo during the end of a long tour, the hotel had been arranged by the tour group company. The intial impression was "its OK but not as nice as the OASIS " which we stayed at during the start of the tour. Its located on the WEST BANK of the NILE on a...

We stayed at the Al Nabila hotel for one night in Cario. We were on a tour (with On the Go) so this hotel was selected for us. The hotel is decent and clean. Rooms were confortable and clean according to egyptian standards. The only drawback is that the hotel faces a main road so traffic could be heard at...

The rooms were nice and large, and well-equipped. But when we arrived, the beds were made but there were no clean towels, and the trash was full to overflowing. This was remedied when we asked. If you are a couple with more than two kids, you'll have to get two rooms, and I don't think they have any that connect....
