New Palace Home made my time in CaIro easy and fun. Marwa and Ismael at reception became friends and helped me with everything even though I was travelling on a tight budget, my room had a great balcony and all the staff were helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, eggs and butter and cheese and tea! i would recommend New Palace...

The hotel is a great value, in a location that makes accessing Cairo very very easy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. The best part was how they took care of me throughout my entire visit--made sure I had train tickets, drivers to the airport, and made me feel at home. I would strongly...

My second stay. Great to come back to a place where they recognize you and really help out! Very central location. Rooms are clean and have what you would expect for the price. I would come back on my next visit - mainly because of the staff and how well you're looked after.

A very welcoming place with clean rooms and a very nice rooftop terrace where you can have a cup of tea/coffee while smoking a shisha and enjoying the weather. Moreover, its excellent value for money and its location in the middle of downtown Cairo makes it a very interesting choice for people with a limited budget and who want to...

I am a repeat customer at the New Palace Hotel in Cairo, and I already know that I will stay there again during future visits. The hotel couldn't be more centrally located and that allows you to walk to about any destination in the core of the city. The rooms in the hotel are good size and the very high...

Like the other patrons have said, from the airport to your departure, the staff, especially the owner sees to it that you are taken care of... of course, it is no palace but very strategically located in downtown especially if you want to go to the Egyptian museum, etc...

New Palace is in the heart of Cairo, close to the Metro , 26 of July, Talat Harb etc, Despite the Hotel is in " downtown" you don't suffer under Cairo's awful noise. The hotel is not a palace but a good and quite place to get new power for new adventures

The open air roof garden is only one of the attractive features of this budget hotel. It's a legend among budget travelers and is still one of the cheapest places available in Cairo. The nice roof garden is divided into different parts. Every part resembles different culture of Egyptian life.
