The hotel and staff are very friendly but this really is not a 5* hotel. The Wi-Fi is appalling and often doesn't work. I came here on a business trip and, next time, I'll look for something in New Cairo where the facilities and services are far more oriented to business visitors. The hotel itself is in a very run-down... More

Its was embarrassing and stressful to receive a call in my room telling me I am not allowed to receive guest in my room. A shocking experience that I never and will never experience in my life again. Please do whatever is necessary to insure guest privacy and honor guest comfort and safety. Good luck.

Great location with well trained staff ,good size clean rooms with comfortable beds . Breakfast will cater for all and is one of the better food selections anywhere in Egypt. Good size clean swimming pool, spa, steam room, massage. This hotel is alway heavily booked and is highly recommended.

Good number of switches, important now we all roam around with a lot of devices, internet connection working fine. Breakfast offers a lot of warm-cold-sweet-salted options to meet any taste. Staff is very kind and... More

I stayed a few days each this week at the Four Seasons Cairo and this hotel. Obviously nothing can match the elegance, service, and attention to detail of the Four Seasons BUT this hotel is less than half the price, but not half the quality, making it a very good value. Standouts were the Pharonic massage in the spa (deep... More
