My wife and I stayed at the Wildebeest camp several times during our honeymoon, and they arranged our private 7 day safari as well. The camp had a great and safe location. We found it quite incredible, that it's possible to found a safari-like camp in the outskirts of Nairobi. The staff on the site was great and the Australian...

This is my 8th stay at this beautiful camp in the suburbs of Nairobi and I feel this review is way overdue. The hospitality and welcome are second to none. Owners Alan and Lynita are professional and friendly and have worked extremely hard to create this haven of peace and tranquility. From the luxury safari tents to the dorm rooms...

My friend and I stayed here on our way in and out of Nairobi. We stayed in a garden tent and it was very nice and clean. The tent was spacious and had 3 comfortable beds. The shower, unfortunately, was cold with poor water pressure. The staff at the restaurant counter and the front desk were very helpful and friendly....

We have stayed at their 'old' place on earlier visits but this was the first in the new location. It is more rural but I am not sure I do not prefer the older one. Despite being further out I found the noise of the nearby Wilson airport intrusive and things here just did not seem to gel. We had...

Place is decent and nice. Got a garden tent. Wifi doesn't work really and staff are indifferent about helping you fix it. For a short stop over or independent travel Id say it's a good pick. You get a good value overall but staff could be more professional.

We were here with family for camping. It's a lovely well maintained place. Very scenic too. The camp location is such that you feel out of Nairobis busy life. It's very near to gallaria shopping mall. You gave choice of carrying your oan tent or hire theirs. They have luxury tented rooms if you don't want to camp. The breakfast...

We live in Nairobi, but on the other side of town and don't get to Karen much due to traffic and this is in the best location. Reasonable prices. We brought our own tent and set up in an area they were building up. If you stay where the other tents are, they are close together. They have a lot...

While vacationing in Kenya in particular Nairobi, a stay at Wildebeest Eco Camp is memorable experience. Here you are introduced to the bush in the city before you get to the bush. Wildebeest Eco camp is Nairobi city's best permanent tented camp. The friendly, home-like hospitality is what has makes Wildebeest Camp Nairobi's best accommodation choice for all cadres of...

I have stayed here before as a solo traveller, and always found the service and support from staff excellent, so I knew that it would be a perfect base for a family trip to East Africa. I travelled with my 5 boys aged between 7 and 16y and stayed for 3 non-consecutive nights in Dorm tent A. It was absolutely...

As a jumping off point upon landing in, or leaving from, Nairobi, you could not find a more secluded, peaceful and beautiful setting located just outside the city. This is not a McHotel, but a unique boutique experience. The tents are beautifully appointed, modern and spotless. The grounds are lovely and at night the noises the frogs make will lull...
