A regular customer in this hotel. Yet again looked after extremely well in all respects and cannot fault anything. All the staff are fantastic and a credit to the hotel. I had an awesome experience in this hotel.My first time visit and i loved the experience I got there.All staff are amazing and hospitable.Got a great and memorable service from Leah who was very attentive to details,and seems to be so much knowledgeable with the menu.Cannot forget her smile which goes along with the service.Thanks to Leah who made our dinner so much superb.The best place to be,we'll definitely be back.

I really love staying here as there are a great range of vegan options on the menu, I stayed a few weeks ago and had a delicious vegan burger served by Vincent. Vincent was attentive and so very polite and made sure I had everything I needed to have a fantastic lunch.

We had the Deluxe Savanna View room which was very clean, big enough and newly furnished. The balcony is a plus, even if the view is not that outstanding. After a long flight, it's a great place to relax in a big comfy bed, take a great shower, and unwind at the rooftop pool and bar. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating: From the airport pickup driver to Leah at the Kitchen 9 restaurant, who recommended and explained a local dish and made sure we wanted for nothing.
