We arrived in Nairobi around 2 at night, and got this hotel to have a short sleep (start a roundtrip at 7:30). The room we got was "never seen before" ... we kept our clothes on, and did not use the bathroom or any other dirty-looking object. Because it was weekend, the discotheque in front of the hotel was playing...

It's a very safe and nice hotel in Westland. Very affordable and good for the price. Close to Westgate Mall and Sarit Center Mall. The food is good and don't have alcoholic drinks. The manager is a sweet woman always very available to help the guests.

Continues to be a value for money proposition in central Westlands, Nairobi. Booking via email still quick & check in efficient. Meals - modest choice but freshly prepared. Housekeeping staff certainly attend to the rooms in efficient manner. Downside- wifi was down for longer than suited me on this visit Happy again with choice. PS. The Jupiter staff suggested I...

The Hotel is in a very close proximity to the CBD, Clean with basic amenities. The only thing i hated was the noise in the morning while the cleaners start doing the rounds, they kept shouting for each other's name as well as banging stuff.

Whether one has a mistress, or one wants to refind the romance with one's wife (this can be taken pretty literally), the Jupiter Guest House is the right place for you. On entering you need to give your personal data free, but of course that is all but vain attempts to deliver your money in the right place. The breakfast...

I have been a regular visitor to Nairobi since +- 1996 and must record that this review may be influenced by my stay in 2013 when I first resided here for 10 days a month over about a 6 month period, during which time I became acquainted with a number of staff members. I have since stayed over at this...

The room was very, very small, but thats ok given the price. You can't expect a big or nice room when paying so little. The first time we had breakfast there (included in the price) we were told that they were out and that they would not be making more. Breakfast is served from 6am to 10am and we got...

Pleasant place with friendly staff. Clean and tidy located close to Westlands for good and easy access to the shops etc. requires a short walk tho of 10-15 minutes or a 5 min taxi. At this price it is great value although rooms are on the small side for the standard rooms, but at this price in this location cannot...

I was very comfortable here. There are comfortable beds with canopy mosquito nets. I got to take an actual hot shower and the bathroom was very clean. There are quite a bit of mosquitoes which I am guessing is due to the hotel's proximity to a dam. However, the hotel will provide you with bug spray. The food is okay...don't...
